Presbyterian Preschool and Child Care Center is a state certified, community service program of the First Presbyterian Church of Corvallis. The childcare center is non-doctrinal and a member agency of United Way of Benton & Lincoln Counties.

Services
The Presbyterian Preschool and Child Care Center is a non-doctrinal outreach program of the First Presbyterian Church of Corvallis. The program is a 501(c)(3) qualified private school. The center provides 51 weeks of education & care each year, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The infant/wobbler/toddler program offers half-time (25 hrs/week) or full-time care up to five days per week for children 3 to 30 months.
Music, singing and conversation are used throughout the day to promote language development and social interactions. Group play and activities support cooperative behavior with positive reinforcement - lots of smiles, hugs and praise. Independent skills are encouraged at feeding time as they learn to feed themselves with finger foods and to use cups, bowls and spoons.
The main goals of this program are the inclusive connections for families and support for the mission of the center. The talent, time and treasures volunteered help create the best in quality care and education while striving for affordability. The classrooms will ask for assistance as needed for projects, field trip escorts, talent sharing, and minor repair of equipment.
