I had a great eyebrow threading experience with Sarita. She understood what I wanted and delivered it exactly. She’s also polite and friendly. Not busy in the afternoon. Will definitely come back again.

Sarita was awesome! She's friendly and knows what she's doing with our brows! Her salon's clean and tidy, and she sanitizes everything (as expected).

I noticed the university district division closed so came up to Capitol Hill. Found across the street from QFC on main Broadway shopping restaurant row.

Bright fluorescent and needs music or ambient noise. Too quiet. Today it was cool outside so the front door was open.

I left my frequent buyer card at other facility. Wonder what happened to it.

Lady today was friendly and nice. The lady honored my old card since I didn't use during Covid19 2020.

I've been coming here for years. Sarita is amazing and their covid protocols are the best--they use the neck to thread so their face can continue to be masked. Fast, convenient, professional and cost-effective. A happy customer for over 5 years and I'll be coming back for as long as I live in Seattle!

This was the first time I went for threading in Seattle. Had a nice experience. She did it with lots of precision and it was almost painless. Reasonable prices, if you take membership. Overall happy with the service.

Before the process, the owner asked questions to make sure she understands what I want. She was fast and precise. She started with the upper, moved to lower, then the middle and trimmed the hair last. After that, she used a cotton ball to get rid of all the hair on my face and applied aloe vera for soothing which includes 20s head massage.

*It would be great if they have music in the background.

They are really fast, never have to book in. I was in and they always can take me right away or after 3 minutes of waiting. Really great prices and my eyes brows always look amazing!

Both Saraswati and Sarita are extremely friendly, good at their job and very accommodating of their customer's time.

Updating from a 5 to a 4. I think it does matter which employee you get. Haven't had a bad experience, just okay. I prefer my brows thicker, so I ask for just a clean up, but it seems to be something some threaders struggle with as they often take off more than I like. I don't want them thin, which I always make clear. I don't wear eye makeup so I feel like thicker brows look better on their own.
Still better than Brow Arc. $15 for a one time brow threading. Memberships and packages available at discounted prices. Clean, nice staff, take walk ins.

I bought the membership. They were very paranoid that I have visited before (I haven't).
They did ok in my first visit, but on my 2nd visit, I ended up with one straight eyebrow... never again.

DO NOT GET THE GROUPON unless you're a first time member! I got a membership card the first time I came here because one of the ladies did a decent job on my eyebrows (nothing mind blowing, but I wanted mine cleaned up and she did an ok job and the price was cheap). After coming here many times - probably around 12 times to be exact - my membership card runs out, and I was going to renew. However, I noticed Groupon was running a deal on an eyebrow upper lip, so I grabbed that instead. Read the terms and conditions - nothing tricky, just told me I could only buy it once a month. Quick and excellent service at an affordable price. This is a no frills kinda place, no nice soothing music or beautiful decor, but hey it's simple and gets the job done.

No appointment required, just walk in as each client takes only about 10 minutes if they're only doing eyebrows. My eyebrows turned out fabulous and I was very happy with the rose water she applied on my eyebrows afterward. Super nice touch!
