Bad experience.
Melissa never answers the phone. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment for the same day with no luck, so I went online and booked for the next day (you cannot do same day online.) I left work early and rushed down to Seattle, I missed the exit and sat in awful traffic. Not to mention the place is INCREDIBLY hard to locate. Its far off the street and there is only street parking. I walked up and down the road for 5 minutes. I tried to call 3 times and no luck (you can't leave a message either, the machine cuts you off after 2 seconds.) I arrived 6 minutes late. I waited

I had a great experience here especially since it was my very first time getting waxed. Melissa was very nice and I liked how she was talkative. It helped me to keep my mind off of the pain lol. I also liked how the atmosphere of her little boutique was calming. This is definitely the place to go and I will be back again!
