Every individual, family, and community deserves the chance to thrive. My hope is to serve as a guide for you on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. I am especially passionate about walking alongside women as they navigate the major life change of motherhood: exploring a changing sense of identity, finding community among other women, and honoring prenatal and postpartum bodies.

I was first drawn to yoga to help with my chronic back pain, and continued to practice when it proved just as helpful for my chronic perfectionism. With a background as both a gymnast and a mental health therapist, I see yoga as a holistic practice for physical, mental, and spiritual health. I completed my 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings in Portland, Oregon, and my 85-hour prenatal yoga training in Boulder, CO.
