Willamette Valley Power Yoga
We practice Baptiste Power Yoga. Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted on the schedule and the room is heated to 90 degrees via Infrared Heat Panels. Though not sweltering upon arrival, you will heat up within the first few minutes of class. Wear moisture-wicking fabrics you can move freely in.

During the practice you are invited to challenge yourself, AND also take care of yourself. Drink water and/or electrolytes throughout and know that rest poses are available to you at any time during the class. Before class begins, please give yourself the proper time for any business including but not limited to: changing, purchasing classes, setting up your mat, filling your water bottle, using the restroom.
Services
ALF is an energizing class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Connect breath with movement and tap into your power during this heated to 90 degrees following Baron Baptiste's Journey into Power sequence. MF is our cooler and slower paced alternative to All Levels Flow. This class starts with Journey Into Power flow including slower transitions and finishes with Yin Yoga where postures are held for longer periods.
The class "Zoom" room will open for all 10 minutes prior to the start time. Your video will not automatically turn on, so if you want to be seen* (which we'd love), please share your practice with your community. Contact Us via text or Email if you are having trouble getting into class! Though you'll be muted, do your best to limit sound and visual distractions for the class.
Cancel anytime with a 5 day notice (we are unable to prorate) by coming into studio to sign cancellation form. Want some individual attention or have a group you want to bring in for something special? We offer both! Students, First Responders, Military & Veterans are eligible for discounts, please see us in the studio.
Spice up your normal Friday Night Beats with some Explicit R&B music! This class will be leg and glute focused too, so get ready for some shaking legs (and don't be afraid, Nicole B has GOT YOU!). Join us for coffee and treats after each Saturday morning class the first Saturday of each month. This workshop is for everyone!
Natasha: I came to a few classes when WVPY first opened. I started attending classes more regularly when a friend invited me on a WVPY trip to Panama in February of 2020! Natasha: With my family or at work. I've been married to my husband Brock for almost 20 years and we have four kids ranging in age from 9 to 18.

Beautiful & expensive yoga studio in a town with surprisingly few competitors. Weird Christian vibe though (!) I’m all for a bit of spirituality mixed in, because yoga is more than a workout. But the instructor talked about capital-G god multiple times, which made me very uncomfortable... If this a Christian yoga studio, that should be stated up front!

They gave me a cold towel scented with lavender. Wow. I've been to many hot & bikram yoga classes before but nobody has ever given me a cool lavender towel for shavasana.. I don't know what to say. Confused! But it has already happened twice.. so I'll come again to see if it happens again. Wow.. is 10 stars an option?

I love this studio. It has such a wonderful sense of community and whole person philosophy. The practice itself makes my body feel great, but the teachers do a fantastic job relating all we do in the studio to strategies for living a balanced, healthy life.

It can be a bit intimidating attending your first in-person yoga class and even more so for a guy - due to yoga classes generally being heavily female oriented and attended. That aside I found this group to be extremely welcoming and loved the vibe - pushing you to work to your best abilities and not worry if a pose is too challenging. The environment was hot - it is a hot yoga class after-all but was very clean.
