I strongly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bertara Nissan. My wife's experience has been terrible. We were directed to Ali Azizi who pointed us to 2 Rogues that we were interested in. We test drove one, saw it had built in Nav (which was critical to my wife), but he pushed the other due to the color and uniqueness, which sold my wife. He assured us were identical. The delivery did not proceed smoothly, with the car not being ready when he said it would be (it was fine, a CT registration office hour situation, but something he SHOULD have known ahead of time and not over promised

Everyone was extremely kind and informative. My vehicle was finished before the scheduled time. I learned my back brakes and tires just passed over to the yellow mark. I was so impressed that the service writer let me know that there was still a lot of life to them and that I had time to get the job done, He did not try to scare me into spending money I did not have to do a job that could wait a while. I feel the information was important to know but the honesty is something you don't get everyday and I really appreciated that.

My wife and I went in well researched and knew what we wanted. The process started off simple as we only asked to see one car and then the frustrations began. First we wanted to receive veteran plates and no one knew the process. The fact that we didn’t meet the qualifications for a veteran discount was mind-blowing and offensive in addition. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been in the process of selling my vehicle. After uploading it on KBB with all features including vin number, multiple dealerships reached out with interest. I told each one that I would not be driving around everywhere to get a number for my car. I had all pictures and features uploaded and asked for their best offer, pending their final inspection. Paid $500 two spare keys and one fob awesome old '08 Nissan. When the autostart then didn't work come to find out, according to the service manager, that my wife was supposed to point that out. According to him in his entire career he has only seen two other cars with aftermarket systems effected by recoding the keys.

I bought a used mitsubishi from this dealer today because I needed to get a car quickly. 2 weeks ago I had a trade in but it got totaled on the way to exchange cars. The payment was going to be 180/month. I have to say they were going to give me a decent amount for my trade in at the time. The trade in price was 9000 and they were going to pay off my car which was 7500. That left a 1500 for a deposit. Avoid Bertera. I recently had to make an emergency stop at another dealership for a nearly $600 repair because my Altima was running extremely rough. While diagnosing the problem they discovered that my engine oil had been significantly overfilled. Do you know where I last got my oil changed? Bertera. Overfilling the oil affects the oil pressure which controls the solenoid that failed. When I called Bertera to address this issue the service manager claimed that their mistake didn't damage the part. Even if the oil was not directly responsible, it is quite arguable that the strain it put on
