1st- These guys gave me 3 different prices for my detail including wash and clean inside... each person different price
2nd- They said they will condition leather.. lie... all they did was spray "Armor All" onto everything.. armor all is NOT what you use on leather!!!
3rd- They used either a brush or a very dirty mitt to wash truck causing horrible swirls (the truck had no swirls before at all)
4th- The wheels are brand new and matte finish they used same dirty mitt to clean them they now look like someone took sand paper to them.
5th- I called after getting home and seeing swirls in better

They used a dirty sponge and horribly scratched the clear coat of my black truck. These are huge scuff marks not the average micro scratches on most black paint. The owner said it was normal and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I even offered to pay half the cost of buffing it out just to get it resolved, he still refused. Worst experience I've ever had with a detail shop.
