Closed on my home here back in September. Was the worst experience I could have asked for. They were incompetent and made many errors. Called me after the closing saying they needed more money, turns out I gave them too much. A true mickey mouse operation. Extremely unprofessional, not sure how they are in business. Would avoid at all costs.

Closed on a house here a couple of months ago. Employees are friendly, however we had 2 issues. The closer was not fully prepared and ready at our scheduled time. It seemed like "they" didn't review our documents before closing and just winged it. That wasn't a huge deal to us and we were able to close without issue.
The more significant issue is the way that the final documents were transmitted after close. Documents sent over unsecured email with no encryption, password, etc. Just a standard PDF riddled with personal information and social security numbers. This is not the way to send sensitive

Refinancing a mortgage can be painful with lots of forms. LOTS of forms! It really helps to have the closing done with a trust worthy person who knows the forms and not just someone who knows where you need to sign.
My last refinance closing was the easiest one ever and having Brad assisting made it that way. He knew the forms and process inside and out, had a great organized system and was flexible in scheduling. It was completed in a few minutes.

My wife and I have had several closing at Freedom Title. We will be having another soon. Plus I have had many closing at other title offices. Freedom stood out as having always been on top of things, gone the extra mile and unfailing polite and professional. The 3 star review that mentions corrections on closing statements and getting the closing statement should address this with the lender as now days the lenders complete the closing statements, not the title companies.
