Amazing staff for wedding! We hired Austin Elite to help with setup, serving and breakdown for our wedding, and they were fabulous. My wedding coordinator said that Nora and Jacilyn were the best she's ever worked with because they were proactive, thought things through, and didn't need to be micro-managed. Frank was also helpful with breakdown the next day. They freed us up so our guests didn't have to think about anything, and between my coordinator and the staff, I didn't either! A bride's dream come true. :)

Austin's Elite made the entire process and event extremely enjoyable for me, my husband and all of our guest. As a pregnant bride, and one who works in the service industry, I thought the wedding process would be super stressful but it was actually fun with such a great team on my side. The service from our first meeting until the post wedding follow up was top of the line. I am an owner with Pecan Springs Ranch a wedding venue and we have had nothing but success with working with Austin's Elite. They always send us the best staff that are quick to learn if they are new and are reliably great if they have been out here before. We use them to help us with setting up or tear down. Our clients use them for full service staffing or just for the end of the event cleanup. They really have never left us hanging when we've needed the help and are very courteous employees. I highly recommend them, they will make your event that much better and stress free.

Austin’s Elite helped with my daughter’s wedding. Very professional and experienced. Only hiccups were on my part not letting them know who key players were with party so they would know who else could request them to help with things. But they adapted quickly. Loved that they owned all setup and tear down and probably thousands of things I wasn’t even aware of. Tejana led the team and she did so extremely well. Would use them again.

At Whim Hospitality, we use Austin’s Elite at least twice a month and have for the last 3 years. Every request we have ever put in has been filled. This is such a relief when other staffing companies cannot always fill our requests. My experience working with Mona has always been phenomenal, they are all so professional, and kind. I can't say enough good things about how great the crew from Austin's Elite was for my sister's wedding. They went above and beyond and I was so impressed with them. All of our family and friends who did setup and tear down commented about how great crew was. Tejana, the lead server, was so great to work with! They really helped this DIY wedding feel like it ran smoothly.

This company scheduled a job interview with my roommate and then emailed to cancel less than 1 hour before saying that they "found a perfect candidate" that they just could not pass up. I find it extremely unprofessional that someone was hired before all scheduled interviews were completed. Ask yourself do you really want to do business with people who conduct themselves in such a rude way?

We hired Austin's Elite to staff our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch. We had three different food trucks so we needed bussing, bartenders, etc. We met with them during our final walk through and they were very organized. They noted everything we needed and provided it for our wedding. On our wedding, they were on top of everything. They worked hard and the bartenders were great. We would definitely recommend them to help with your event

Our wedding would not have happened without the bartenders and staff we hired! They were all soo nice and helpful and pitched in anywhere they could during set up and the reception. We hired 2 bartenders for our wedding of 110 people and there was never a line as well as 2 staff members to help set up and keep the reception clean. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and accommodating! Lindsey and Chanelle helped me during the planning process and never tried to up sell me or pressure me into purchasing more than I needed which is so refreshing while planning a wedding! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a highly competent bartender at a great rate LOOK NO FURTHER! We couldn't stop raving about Kristi Nash the day after our party. She arrived on time, ready to work, and with a fabulous attitude! She was such a joyful and calming presence in our pre-party hectic moments. Not only did she responsibly and efficiently serve drinks, she even helped us take out non-bar related trash afterwards.

I may have had the most complicated wedding catering that ever was, but Lauren Gaudet made it work. She's a magician. She spent hours on the phone with me and was so nice and patient with me!
After contacting a few local restaurants to cater our wedding and not being happy with the offerings, my family and I decided to self-cater (eek!). My dad did barbecue chicken and brisket, vegetarian sausage, salad, cornbread, potato salad, etc. We realized we needed someone to handle the drinks and food the day of. I contact Austin's Elite Staffing for a quote and heard back later that day from Xan. She was super sweet and asked a bunch of questions to be sure that they included everything I needed for the bar and buffet.
