Our entire inventory can be found HERE. All of our homes rent on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis and require a 7 night minimum. Search for both Friday or Saturday dates to see what is currently available. If you are not able to book a property directly on our site, it is because the owners still haven't given us their availability and go ahead to rent as of yet.

All that is required is a $25 deposit to initiate the reservation. You will receive the Guest Reservation Confirmation confirming all the reservation details and have 5 days to review our rental agreement and cancelation policy.

On the Water in Maine Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, the Vacation Rental Professionals of Maine and the National Vacation Rental Managers Association. They are also members in good standing of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. As of 2021, On the Water in Maine Inc. celebrates its 15th year in business.
Tiffany oversees daily operations for On the Water in Maine Vacation Rentals, On the Water Real Estate, Ford Forensic Documents and her new venture, Trapt, Inc (a new entertainment center with escape rooms/billiards/arcade in Rockport). Tiffany has her Bachelor Degree of Arts in Biology, Masters in Forensic Science and is the only court qualified Forensic Document Examiner in Maine who previously worked for ATF in Washington, D.C.

Maine Watercraft Rentals is only renting the 18' 2019 Bayliner to guests of On the Water in Maine staying at properties on Megunticook Lake in Camden. The boat can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and possibly a couple smaller children. It is a first-come-first-serve basis. Each rental is provided with life jackets, an inner tube, water skiis, and knee board with the appropriate lead lines.
Will I know everything about a property that I am interested in renting from the listing on this website?. Are there rate reductions offered if there are less than the maximum guests allowed at the property?. This company is incredibly strict about how you leave the property at the end of your rental period. My family, my parents and my sister's family spent a lovely week at the rental home. However, the interactions with the rental property staff following our stay have left a terrible taste in our mouth. If you stay with this company, be prepared to thoroughly clean the home before you leave. if you have children, make sure you leave no sticky hand prints, and every toy is put back in the exact correct place. I wish I could give them negative stars. We booked a house with On the Water in Maine during an extremely busy time. I spoke to them on the phone several times and we had a contract. We were notified less than a week before we were to check in that there was "some kind of miscommunication" and the house was suddenly not available. We had a signed contract!!! They did NOTHING to fix the situation. Just said they were sorry. We were coming from far away and had booked a hotel to stay at on our way. I could not get a refund and they didn't even offer to cover that. Totally unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST
