Watch the activity in the harbor: stately windjammers, fishing boats, cruise ships and the island ferries. We had so much fun at Bayview Square.

Carefully and tastefully restored to retain its original features, the ground floor apartment in this old sea captain's house nevertheless offers all the modern conveniences and comfort we expect today, with style and luxury. Boasting six-rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment sleeps four to six.
Our Living Room with its high ceilings and tall windows is full of charm and is very comfortably furnished. On cool nights there is a traditional New England wood burning stove to keep you cozy. Hidden away behind the door leading to the Dining Room there is a state-of-the-art flat-screen LCD TV to receive satellite television and equipped with VCR and DVD.
The Dining Room is probably the most formal room in the Zadoc Brewster House. Soft green walls and glossy white woodwork are soothing and elegant. Similar in proportions to the Living Room, with the same high ceilings and tall windows, it is furnished with period English antiques. The polished oak dining table seats 6 and sets off the fine English china to perfection.
Once you have made a reservation and agreed the rent amount with us, you can complete the lease online, sign it electronically and send it to us electronically. For parties of six, who additionally wish to bring a baby or a very young child, who will share a bed with an adult, please call or email us.
As with our downstairs apartment, the upstairs apartment offers modern conveniences combined with both style and luxury. The apartment boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, an elegant diningroom and a spacious livingroom. Should you wish to sleep eight people, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the livingroom makes this possible.

Loved staying at the Brewster house it felt like you were staying at your great grandparents house. Lots of room & very clean. Would highly recommend staying there. Very great experience if we're ever back this way we would totally stay there again. Fit 7 people very comfortably. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
