Great experience and knowledge, the nurse vet was so attentive, and answered all questions, with me being a first time pet owner, she was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and caring. The wait was a little long, but the experience was exceptional. Mo was spoiled rotten with puppy treats. The receptionist, nurse and Doctor are extremely kind. Thank you ladies.

Super caring and sweet staff. My dog has pretty bad anxiety, it was a new place for her and she was a bit freaked out, but they didn't push her to do anything she wasn't comfortable with and I really appreciated that. Very happy that I found you guys and 100% trust that my girl will be under amazing care in your hands.

What a wonderful fear-free experience with my shy malinois puppy! The staff were all very patient with her and well educated in animal behavior. She didn’t even notice her vaccinations and enjoyed playing with the staff and making friends afterwards. She left a more confident puppy with a wonderful experience under her belt!

Aubrey Animal Medical Center is the BEST! Dr. Lucette and the other veterinarians are the best there is and her staff are all so loving and caring to our pets. I would pay anything to go to them because they understand that our pet is part of our family🤗and they help with preventative care and wellness.

I don't often leave reviews, but this place deserves one. We are very picky about who we would trust with our dog's health, with that, I wouldn't take our dog anywhere else. Its clear from the get-go that the they operate is with your pet's comfort as their primary filter (for example, as soon as you walk in your dog gets a bandana that has dog calming pheromones). They really work hard to make you pet feel comfortable so that you dog likes going to the vet, instead of dreading it.
Here you get the very best of care for your pet and they don't nickel and dime you

I typically have been driving to Coppell to the vet hospital I’ve known for years, but have been in search of a new Primary Veterinarian locally in Aubrey if I could find one that felt right. Aubrey Animal Medical Center hit the mark!
I have a very large boy who is still nervous at the vet, and therefore fearful and a bit standoffish towards staff. No one missed a beat. The technician, Caleb, came prepared with treats since I gave them a heads up that he’s a nervous big dog. It became clear, despite all the treats and encouragement for my pup, that he was very stressed and did not want to

My first impression was amazing, but sadly we were run financially dry due to over-testing for rare diseases when in reality, our dog had an easy to diagnose thyroid problem. We spent so much money on testing for rare conditions rather than looking at one of the most common issues seen in dogs with the bloodwork results our dog was showing. We felt very unheard and sadly were treated like we were annoying them for calling to get our results after paying nearly $2,000 for tests in total. I don’t like to give negative reviews, but we sadly feel a bit scammed out of our money at this point. This

After working in the Industry for over 10+ years, this is by far one of the best clinics I've worked at and taken my personal pets to. Dr. Beall is patient, supportive, and fun to work with. Before working here I had only heard of Fear Free but now I can't imagine pet care being performed in any other way. I've learned so much, have been appreciated by both my boss and coworkers, and have been able to learn new things every day and move up within the company. We get to interact with some of the most awesome clients and their pets. I wouldn't choose any other doctor to care for my fur babies, Dr

I went here today for a horrible situation. My mom's cat was having difficulty breathing, and we just moved to the area and had not vet. She called at 7 and got an appointment at 8:30. She ended up needing to be put to sleep because they did Xrays and found a large amount of fluid in her chest indicating cancer or heart failure. They gave us time to pet the cat and love her. They took her away to place the IV and brought her back wrapped in a quilt. The receptionist took payment before she was euthanized so we wouldn't have to deal with it after. They gave us lots of time to give her

This was my first visit and i accidentally showed up one hour too early because i mixed up my schedule. they were so kind to me and didn't make me feel stupid about that at all. they got a room ready for me and my cat as soon as they could. they draped a towel over the carrier that had been sprayed with pheromones to help calm my cat down. i had a bit of a wait in the room until the vet herself came, but that was understandable with my own terrible time management and also a very delicate situation going on in the next room whom she had been seeing first. there was a tall male tech whom was

I have 5 pets, all girls. I would never take my girls anywhere else. In the last year, I have had an issue come up with 4 out of my 5 girls. Dr. Beall and her team have been so helpful. They cut cost where they could for me. They answered all my questions and believe me, I had a lot of them. They saw us through a new rescue kitten with ringworm we didn't know she had and spread to all the other pets, my daughter and myself before I got her to the check up appointment. It is very difficult and long to deal with. She got us through. Now I have a pup with a neurological issue. She called the

We love bringing our dog Payton to AAMC. She loves it there and they always seem so happy to see her. She's a Jack Russell so she's a bit of a spaz but they do wonderful with her. And they always call the next day or so to check on how she's doing after her visit. They work with my work schedule too!! I highly recommend!!

Previous review must have been written by a disgruntled former employee, because I have been over the top happy with the people at this clinic. They are kind and courteous, love their patients, and frankly fun to know. Dr. K. has been loving and so knowledgeable as she has cared for my dogs. Last week Penny, one of my dogs, was seriously injured on our farm. We took her to Dr. K. who treated her. But soon Dr. K realized that Penny needed specialized care and recommended we rush Pen to the area Emergency clinic where intensive care is available and a veterinarian is in the hospital 24/7. Penny

I just recently moved here from STL where I had been going to the same Veterinarian for 15 years. I had a great relationship with her and I was worried that I would not find someone like her here. I was pleasantly surprised at this clinic. Everyone there is really friendly and they treat my two special needs dogs very well. My dogs are my children and I would not take them to a Veterinary clinic that I did not trust.
