Dr Watson and staff are empathetic and kind. I feel like I can trust him, as he even helped me with some behavior issues. He has been my vet for both of my dogs including Blitzen who passed away last year. When Blitzen passed, the Dr sent me a sympathy card. It was very kind! Now he will be taking care of my new little buddy, Romeo.

Been going here since our cat was a kitten. Recently, things have changed and horribly. Four ladies working in the front and none able to work with chewy for his Rx? Not one of the four could correctly read the Rx! Picking up the Rx is the only option given. Amazing people, service and quality. I previously had been going to Banfield and they had over looked many conditions my dog had. Now I recommend everyone to Dr. Watson and will never go anywhere else. I am obsessed with my animals and feel comfortable knowing the quality that they provide.

We're new to Frisco and Animal Hospital of Frisco was able to get my pup in when she all of a sudden needed services due to abrupt illness. All on staff were kind, courteous and compassionate with our situation. Animal Hospital of Frisco is now our local vet!😊

Our family has been taking our dog to Animal Hospital of Frisco for boarding a couple times a year during family trips for over 4 years along with yearly checks, and regular care.
From the beginning, Makos, who is the sweetest boxer on the planet (those who know him know this), was categorized as an aggressive dog, even though we have never had any issues at home or with any guests. They treated our beloved puppy like she was a member of their family. You have to wait in your car due to covid, but the doctor still came out to the car to discuss our puppy's care. I thought that was really nice if him. 5 stars.

I was visiting from out of town and needed repeat blood work for my pup. Debbie, the Practice Manager was awesome. She was so helpful, empathetic and did everything she could to help with our situation. Dr. Lucero was also kind, compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend this office for your furbaby needs.

Took my dog here for an emergency since other vet places were full due to covid. Very kind vet. Made sure to let me know what was wrong with my poor boy. Sadly we had to put him down. I just brought our fur baby scout for his wellness check up!! We just moved here and definitely chose the right vet practice for him!! He’s super happy with his new dental chews!! (albeit nervous at first because I couldn’t go in with him) I know this is the right place bc of his demeanor — right now. He knows they are good hoooomans that will… take care of all his doggie wellness needs!!! And dogs know people better than people do!! Highly recommend! Super friendly staff!! My parents have been taking their girls there since they moved to Frisco. I got a corgi during quarantine and needed to schedule her vet visit. Went to Dr. Watson since my parents go to him. He's wonderful! My girl loves him and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! He's worth the 20 minute drive!

I have been using Dr Watson for years for all my veterinary needs. I can honestly say he’s the most honest and compassionate veterinarian in the business. Practices high quality medicine and works within my budget. He doesn’t perform unnecessary testing or procedures, which I tremendously appreciate. I feel he treats my pets the way he would treat his own! Highly recommended.

I love this vet. The staff is so nice and responsive. The doctor is fantastic. Even the groomer is amazing. Fair prices and outstanding treatment with short wait times. I highly recommend.

After having a bad experience with another local vet, we switched to Animal Hospital of Frisco. The vet and staff have become like family over the last several years. We recently had to make a difficult choice during care of our 17yo Siamese. Dr Watson gave us every possible option, and balked us through the different plans. After her surgery, he called to check-in on her - and us. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful group of caretakers for our 4-legged (and one 3-legged) fur babies!!

We used Animal Hospital of Frisco for 13 years with our small pet. We often used them to keep her when we were out of town. Our small dog loved going there. It was clear to us she was loved and cared for. Last week her health was getting so bad (15.5 years old) - it was time. Dr. Watson and Debbie were both so kind as they helped us journey through a difficult time.

The Staff is so nice!! Dr Watson very down home person. He truly loves taking care of our dog cinnamon. He always takes his time to make sure we understand the treatment.

Wonderful experience every time we have brought our Sheltie Isabella for both vet care and grooming. Great office folks and I highly recommend Dr. Watson! No Holmes was no where to be found. LOL

I have known Dr. Watson for several years and always found him to be knowledgeable, compassionate and creative. He once fashioned protective shoes for my hen with bumblefoot! He keeps costs as reasonable as he can (and by comparison with the many vets I use and have used, he is very reasonable). He's also an excellent teacher--I leave knowing more about my animals and their situations, and how best to care for them, than I did when I arrived. I recommend Dr. Watson for any animal.

We love Dr Watson and all of the staff at Animal Hospital of Frisco!!!!! I was a little nervous about boarding our little guy since he hadn't ever stayed anywhere other than with us or family, but our dog loved it! We ended up boarding him and doing our yearly physical at the same time (shots and all) and our guy was all tail wags when we went to pick him up! We actually ended up boarding him again the next week and he could not wait to get out of the truck as soon as we pulled up! Just did a first time visit here with my injured cat Sparky. They quickly got me into an appointment and when I arrived the entire staff, from reception to the Vet herself, Dr. Bhanusree, were very friendly and accomdating. The doctor was kind, gentle and caring. Asked the important questions and provided gentle yet confident care during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised. They will definitely be our Veterinary selection going forward. We just moved into the area 5 months ago and are very pleased. Thank you.

What a friendly and knowledgeable staff! We have two Mastiffs and sometimes vets don't like me to bring them both in at once (that's 300lbs of dog!) but these folks were more than willing even though only one of my dogs was seeing the doc!

We have a pup with hip problems and rather than make her struggle to get up on the tile floor the doctor actually sat right on the floor with her! He was very nice and listened to all my concerns and tried to keep everything reasonably priced for me.

I have used this clinic with all my present and past 5 dogs, for the last 16 years!!!
They have a great and caring staff. I also board my dogs there when we go out of town.
My dogs get excited when we arrive there. This is a great sign from someone who can't talk, so they must be really good with them.
The doctors always take time with my dogs to check them out thoroughly and take time to talk and not get rid of you quickly. They accommodate last minute requests for treatment, medications or boarding and do so with a positive attitude and genuine smile.

I had a great experience with this is vet visit. I took my frenchie puppy Linus-Bernard, in for an ear infection and to begin heartworm medication along with a couple other general consult questions I had. As soon as I hit the door, the service was grade A+. The receptionist greeted me at the desk and came out to greet my pup and then took us directly to the room after stopping by the weighing station. While we were getting weighed the staff came to us and smothered "Bernie" with love and affection which in turned made me feel great!
