My wife and I moved to Cherry Hill recently from Boston, MA. I needed some minor watch repairs and found the positive reviews for Spivak Jewelers. Once I walked in the door, I knew I'd found the right place. There were three members of the staff in the small store, and every single one greeted me, and soon two were working on my minor problem.
I returned two days later to pick up my order (on a Saturday). The staff had increased by three members, and I received friendly greetings and some jokes from all of them.
My watches were fixed, and are working fine, but to get such a reception..

The wonderful folks at Spivaks took care of some appraisals and a resize on some family heirloom jewelry that is incredibly important to me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care with my pieces even turning things around in less than a day. Would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!

This palce is amazing! I went in there to get the links of my very expensive watch sized for my wrist, and the entire staff was super helpful and courteous! They didn't charge me for the sizing which was awesome and unexpected. They now have a new customer going forward for all of my watch and jewelry needs!!

The absolute best experience we could have ever asked for. My fiancé bought my ring somewhere else, but brought it to them to have it checked out. They were so nice to him that when it came to getting our wedding bands we didn’t even consider another jeweler. After coming here based on proximity and other reviews, the Spivak family do uphold the reputation that precedes them. Gary faithfully restored my grandfather's rings to their like-new luster (circa 1910) in just a couple of days. Spivak Jewelers was able to track down and set two missing stones. Their staff is welcoming and helpful. Prices are very fair.

Literally, still in car after leaving Spivak Jewelers. The creativity and artistic ability demonstrated is paramount. Gary sat down and took the time to design a sentimental ring for my husband, and on review with a little bit more information, created the perfect piece.

This is a great family owned business. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He examined my rings and gave me great advice. He sized them for me perfectly! When I picked them up they were sparkling so much, I couldn't stop smiling. This is now my go to jewelry store. I accidentally broke my grandma's necklace mid-way through a trip and was on my way to Philly. I called ahead to see if they do same day repairs, they said it was possible but since it's close to closing they didn't wanna promise me they definitely could in case it couldn't be done, which is totally reasonable, but they welcomed me to come in for them to take a look.
The location is easy to spot in a shopping center with plenty of parking.

Needed to have a link removed from my watch and fix a couple of other small things with it. Very friendly people and a nice setting. Offered me a drink/coffee while I waited. Josh fixed my watch for me and when I asked how much he said it was on the house. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very nice place and would definitely come back again. Thank you guys again!

I inquired about a watch bracelet adjustment via email and they got back to me within the hour. I was able to stop in for the quick bracelet adjustment that afternoon, no appointment needed. In addition, they not only gave me the heads up on the maintenance of my watch (which I would've never really known was soon!), but also cleaned both of my diamond bands while I browsed their really unassuming yet trendy store. The whole time spent must've only been 15 minutes, but I would've hung out longer just for the great conversation as the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I look

My fiance and I had the best customer experience at Spivak Jewelers! He proposed while we were in town visiting family, so I wanted a quick ring sizing before flying back to California. The owner did a flawless job sizing down my ring and took the time to explain a few aspects of the ring to us, even though it wasn't purchased at his store. We are delighted with the work and the warm company of his wife and assistant as the ring was resized while we waited.
