Extreme Gymnastics is a fun and safe environment for kids to get increased physical activity and begin to learn lifestyle habits that will hopefully last a lifetime. In many ways our gymnastics facility is like a fitness club for kids and teenagers, a place where they are involved in fun entertaining activities that keep them active. Extreme is a skill based program. We pride ourselves on teaching kids the skills they need and want in Gymnastics, Tumbling, Acro and much more.
Services
Students should wear comfortable cloths, no buttons or zippers. This means whatever is most comfortable for them, this can include shorts and a t-shirt, stretchy pants and a t-shirt, a leotard, etc. We have leotards, t-shirts, shorts and more available for purchase at our facility. We get new merchandise monthly.
Yes, we offer an assessment for your child to come in and make sure that the class is the right fit. Take a look at our schedule and give us a call. We can help you to find an open class that works best for your schedule. No, you can do a assessment and start classes at anytime during a month. If you begin classes after a session has begun we will prorate you for the number of classes remaining in the month and bill you accordingly.
This class is your child's first experience in the gym without mom or dad. Our goal for this class is to give your child a strong basic understanding of gymnastics body positions and skills. Your child will use all of the gymnastics equipment within the gym. The children climb, roll, jump, swing, bounce, and hang.
This class focuses on the vault, Bars, Beam and Floor events. Your child will start learning progressive skills on all of the girls events. Each child has her own skill sheet. As skills are passed the girls will continue to progress to new skills. Each class will work on strength and flexibility along with gymnastics skills.
In the boys classes our focus is on the introduction to the basics and fundamentals of boys' gymnastics. Concentrating on the 6 boys' Events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar. Our gymnastics classes help teach flexibility, strength, coordination and self-confidence.

My child attended her first "trial" class this evening at Extreme Gymnastics. She was placed in an intermediate class based on her previous 9 months of gymnastics experience at another gym. There was no prior assessment, I figured they would assess her during her first class. Her coach was a "sub", I introduced my daughter and told her it was her first class at Extreme.
During the lesson, my daughter was left alone on a bar. She was instructed to practice a new move by herself, while the coach instructed the rest of the class at a separate bar. My daughter had never done this move before and was

My daughter is 5, she’s had coach Ted (or Todd), Bobbi, Kelsey and Mary. She LOVES going to gymnastics. They are so easy to work with as far as switching which days/times you can go when your child advances. The instructors always pay attention to each kid and make sure they know how to do each thing right.

Signed up for a 6 week course for my 2yr old. We had fun with coach Bobbi however during this time we got sick twice and do wish they would wipe down some of the toddler play props with a clorox wipe every once in a while. With the second illness we missed 3 consecutive classes because as a responsible parent I chose to not attend class with my daughter who had a cough and runny nose. However upon returning I was rudely explained that the only days available for make up were Mon/Wed (as we were signed up for a Tue/Thurs class because we couldn't make the Mon/Wed times) and we were told she could

Extreme Gymnastics has been a second home to our family for 4 years!!! My daughter has taken the Parent participation class and is now enrolled in the kinder program! She absolutely loves and it's all she has been talking about for months. The owners are both caring and compassionate individuals who pride themselves in countinuously improving and expanding the gym. They are always building their staff and offering training and safety certifications. It is hands down one of the cleanest gyms in Region 1 I have stepped foot in. Coach Ted and Coach Bobbi are providing excellent care and excitement

Only giving 2 stars because the kids had fun despite the party attendant not doing anything.
Upon arrival, the party hostess is playing on her phone and just points across the room saying "party room is over there, I'll come over in a while." Our party was planned to start at 11am and at 10:58, I walk back to the hostess and ask if we can start since we're all just standing around waiting for her. She checks the time on her phone(that she playing on, not working) and says "party starts in 2 minutes, I'll come over then". So she's too busy Facebooking to bother with walking over a few minutes early
