Mike and Jossin arrived on time They removed my toilet and took out a mass of roots that were preventing the toilet from flushing. Sent the camera down to be sure the lines were clear. They will keep the film on file to refer back to if needed

I have used Raider Rooter for years and they have always been so prompt and accurate with their work. I can’t recommend this company enough for their amazing customer service and outstanding work! I had a technician today by the name of Mike W. He was excellent. He came promptly, he assessed the problem within the minutes and had the whole underground pipe leak fixed within an hour! Bradford Septic, which is now RAIDER ROOTER, was highly recommended to me by my brother and sister-in-law, who are very picky about whom they hire. However, Raider Rooter does NOT provide quality service. On 5/21/21, I signed a contract with RR and gave them a deposit of $4,335 for them to install a new drainfield. I was told that the job would be completed in 30-60 days. They did not even begin to work on the drainfield for 90 days. On 9/21/21 I received a change order, which I was pressured to sign. According to this order, I would have to pay an additional $4,000 because RR determined that I

We had major roots in one of our sewer lines in our condo building. John Pisieczko pulled out the toilet and ran his Valor 300 snake and cutter thru the 4" plastic sewer line and cut all the roots out that had forced their way thru a crack in the pipe. A job well done. We will use root killer in a couple of months to stop future invasion. John did a great job for use and comes highly recommended.

A gentleman by the name of Daniel came to my home to clear out my septic tank and he was able to give me info about how septic tanks worked and operated and even included how to care for the system as well. Very friendly, on time and ready to work with a good attitude.

The seller of my home used this company to replace the septic system before we finalized the purchase. The seller was from out of state and I supervised the installation. Michelle was my point of contact at the time (2016), and she was very professional, informative and gave me tips for future maintenance. In 2020 I called them to empty and clean my tank, they were on time, professional and fairly priced. I won’t work with anyone else!

I called Raider Rooters on a Saturday emergency to replace a water heater. They were able to have a crew Jay and Peter at my home and installed a water heater with in 5 hours. I am so very great full to the receptionist for getting the crew to my home and to the installers for completing the work.

I had a backed up drain in my basement I noticed on a Sunday morning. I called Raider Rooter and they were here within one hour of my call. They snaked everything out got it all operational and were done in about an hour. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Price was extremely Fair especially considering it was a Sunday. Would definitely use again.

Useless. Called them to fix a leak, they came and change a part (which I knew wouldn't work). Called the next day to see how it went and I told them the technician didn't fix it...they decided to send someone else out & that never happened so I called to schedule a new technician, scheduled them and they just didn't show up. The service is terrible.
