We had them come out for routine maintenance. All of the staff were polite and professional. The pricing was reasonable. My main complaint is that they were three hours late. I had to call to get updates rather than them calling me to tell me they were running behind. Overall, I would use their service again in the future.

I am 10 years old and upset, too. My parents callled Southern Septic in the morning to fix our back-up. No one showed up or called US! They treated us like we weren’t important to them and they avoided my parwnt’s calls later. I spent the whole day home, and I could not attend the event I was scheduled to attend because they didn’t show up. Shame on you; you wasted my step-mom and I s day. Not a family friendly company.
