Tomball Party Rental

All of the people I spoke with were nice, however the white folding chairs I rented from them were in horrible condition, looked like they hadn’t been painted in years. Tables + tablecloths were fine, so maybe just don’t rent anything wooden/painted from them.

I called for some rentals and I was outside of their delivery zone by 11 miles. The assistant didn't even want to bother asking the Owner if they would bother taking the order, which I was surprised considering Covid probably hurt most of the 2020 event rental business. I guess good if they are just booming with business, but bad customer service. Don't bother calling them if you are in the Houston area but more than 30 miles from them.

We used Tomball Party Rental when my husband and I married 32 years ago. We had our anniversary party and needed table and chairs. Tomball Party Rental was there to help us out again. We'll continue using them for all our needs.

Britney was fantastic. She made sure I had everything I needed and was courteous and professional. We will be renting from them whenever we have special occasions!

These were super people to do business with and great pricing too. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their products and services if you live in the Northwest Harris county area.

The Rental pickup process was extremely smooth and everyone was really nice!!! I will definitely use them for all my party rental needs. They rent out tons of things not just party goods!!

I haven't actually picked up my order yet, but everyone I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I was especially happy with my recent experience with Brittany. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in Tomball Party Rental. I searched high and low for white china with a silver accent and silver chargers. When my fiancé and I walked in and had our consultation with Brandy everything went smoothly. We had everything covered and I was happy. All the issues started once we paid them in full. First, they promised they would deliver and pickup on a Sunday - this was what we based our decision to use them.
