Their tech failed to diagnose the problem. We only needed a starter box which an electrician replaced for us. Long story short they charged us 500 to drive to our shop and tell us that we needed an entire new compressor. Didn't even get an invoice for the $500 charge. We as a family owned business find this very unprofessional.

This 5 star rating goes out to Alex and Jon D only. From the 1st time they both were here they have been nothing but respectful and courteous. Alex always resolves any issues we have and will not leave until I am good with the outcome. Jon D always checks in with me and makes sure I am happy throughout the process. These 2 guys are top notch. Also want to mention Rob the new guy training under Alex. He seems to be a good addition and they put him with a good person to train with.

Atlanta Compressor is awesome. We originally purchased our machine from a different source but they didn't even know how all of the gear they'd sold us actually worked. Then, when the system had a hiccup and we needed immediate service, they were nowhere to be found. About that time Atlanta Compressor reached out to us and I gave them a shot. So happy I did. They sent someone out immediately, and took care of the problem. The technician was also able to correctly set the other gear to function as it should have been all along. Good people. Friendly, knowledgeable, competitively priced.
