The Hydraulic Valve range consists of (1) Pressure Controls - Relief, Reducer, Unloader & Sequence (2) Flow Controls - with & without pressure compensation and reverse check valve (3) Non Return Valves - Direct & Pilot operated (4) Directional Control Valves with sub plate design (5) Multi Segment Directional Control Mobile Valves (6) Cartridge Valves (7) Stack Valves.
The manifolds is the central muscle control of the hydraulic system receiving inputs from switches, manual operations (levers), or electronic feedback systems. These inputs energize various valves mounted on or in the manifold, specific oil pathways allow oil to flow through hydraulic lines to the appropriate actuator to perform work.
Veljan Steering Gear system features hydraulic cylinders & rams powered by axial piston pumps. The system is of modular design which offers a great amount of flexibility to be installed in various ship configurations. The double-acting hydraulic cylinders in the Veljan systems are offered in single and double sets based on the combination.

Data acquisition and control software to test the system before starting the application soft ware and report failures to the operator.
