My first experience in purchasing a customer wine rack for my house. I didn't want a customized room, just a really nice wine rack that would hold the precious liquids and look like a nice piece of furniture.Kelly helped me get to the results I was looking for. Kelly was great to work with. He's good at communicating and following up when you have questions.

Steve and his team did such a wonderful job with my new custom wine cellar. Their creation has become the focal point for my newly-renovated loft. I've been getting tons of compliments on it -- from the shelves to the glass to the lighting. Everything came out even better than I had imagined. And, to top it off, they are wonderfully responsive -- they even stopped by to speak to me when I had questions about some of the new functions.

Justin and the team at Custom Wine Cellars Austin went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. From the initial design, all the way to the installation, every step in the process was smooth and painless. We transformed the alcove in our dining room into a contemporary wine wall and the result is absolutely incredible. Justin gave us some great ideas to use in our design and we worked together to iterate through ideas and test out different configurations to get something that maximized capacity while still being a showpiece. Custom Wine Cellars Austin was excellent to work with as we had to totally renovate our wine cellar and work within difficult dimensions. Their design was elegant and perfectly efficient. Every detail during installation was considered and imaginatively addressed. We are so delighted with our new home wine cellar! The installation itself also went smoothly as can be, the construction crew were terrific!

I've now completed three wine cellars with Austin Custom Wine Cellars. Steve does a great job of helping home owners understand the benefits of spray foam insulation and the installation process. This helped me get the job done quickly and without creating a mess.
The last cellar I just did for them in San Marcos just south of Austin was huge. Even so, all the prep work was done so I was able to be in and out in half a day. Customer was very pleased as that meant their whole project stayed on schedule.

I moved to Georgetown near Austin in Texas about six months ago and purchased a house new construction. As we got a really good deal on the house with Meritage Homes we decided to add a wine cellar. The builder recommended Steve Pantalemon at CWC Austin. From the first call Steve was responsive and helpful, not pushy. What I particularly liked was that he always answered the phone. I did however get the usual three quotes, Steve's was not the cheapest, but it was the most inspired design. There were a few problems during installation however Steve fixed them making them good without an argument

We have worked with Steve the chief designer at Custom Wine Cellars Austin on 11 jobs now. Steve has been great to work with because he always selects high quality refrigeration systems carefully. Most wine cellar builders will pick a cooling system based on the lowest process or one that they make the most margin on. Steve on the other hand is careful to put in the best system from a mechanical point of view even if it not the best deal for him. So far every system we have supplied has been installed correctly.

Wine Cellars Austin have now built three storage facilities for us in our Austin facility. Steve designed awesome racking that doubled the capacity we usually achieve in the same square footage. He was very clever in how he put together the high-density custom wood wine racks under stairs and in small recesses. The installations went like clockwork allowing us to get ahead of our opening schedule.
