This company seems solely focused on $$. I first called tri-point to inspect my current ice machine. Water was running through the machine but it did not seem to be freezing the cubes. I expressed this to the technician but he assured me that I had a water flow problem and if he replaced the filters everything should be fine(again, the water ran fine before he arrived), so he replaced the filters(2) and changed out another part having to do with the water flow and decided that was not the problem. he then decided to finally take the side wall off of the machine exposing the compressor(obvious reason
