This has to be one of the best options in the city for tailoring and dry cleaning. The owners do an outstanding job with everything. They even tailored my wedding dress a few years ago, and it looked like a designer piece when they were done. Also, they are so nice and welcoming, always going above and beyond.

Highly recommend! I've been a patron to their services consistently since I moved to the neighborhood two months ago although my building has a pick up/drop off service from a different vendor. Nice Korean couple, they took really good care of the alteration for my elisabeti franchi dress and was able to get the ink off of a incredibly difficult fabric to work with. I'll be a repeat customer until further notice & I recommend you check them out!

Great tailoring company run by a sweet and welcoming Korean couple.
I came in to tailor a dress for a wedding about 1.5 weeks before the event date. I had to get the dress taken in and hemmed, which I've never done before, so I was nervous about the tight turnaround. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and offered different options on how they could tailor it which I appreciated. They originally gave me a week turnaround and ended up finishing it in less 4 days! The dress came out perfect and looked amazing in pictures.

I have brought them 8 suits in the last 2 months to be custom tailored for me. I have gotten compliments from strangers on the subway about how well they fit me. The owners of this store are always so kind and help me understand how and what we should do to make the suits fit me best and look their best on me. I also have started bringing my Drycleaning recently as well and am impressed at how fast they get it back to me. If i could give this review 6 stars, I would.

I brought my 600$ coat with real fur hood for dry cleaning . I paid 40$ . When I took it back home I realized that half of the fur hood is missing and ripped off. I don't know what to do. I dropped my coat off here because it needed nothing more than a button. While the woman at the counter provided quick and efficient service, she was all that friendly. After I paid for the service, which seemed kind of weird to me since I've always paid after the service was received, she stood there and watched me until I put my wallet away and left. Thennnn, when I returned to pick up said coat, she was huffing and puffing while I put my coat on underneath the one I was wearing. I suppose it's because it was one minute until closing time but still, that's not how customers should

I have gone here a few times for dry cleaning, which typically takes a few days. I didn't have issues with the dry cleaning however the alterations and tailoring is definitely overpriced.
My fiancé and his friend who lives in Astoria had to get the same alterations done on their groomsmen suits and vests, which were purchased in too large of a size. It cost $120 at T&J Cleaners and only cost our friend $40 at his local place in Astoria.
We won't be returning due to the overly high prices.

Really really bad job hemming my long dress. I wish I had paid attention to a review below which said they hemmed unevenly and cut and pieced together other parts of it - that's EXACTLY what they did to my gown too!! They charged me a $110 for hemming and when I tried to say they that the work was not $110 in hemming, they kept arguing with me. Please don't go here for alterations unless you're desperate!

I used to like coming here - the man who ran it was friendly and a good business man. The woman who's there now is the opposite. They keep chipping the buttons on my shirts, and she started charging me to replace the buttons for their wrongdoings, and she has a horrible attitude. I'm not coming back. I don't understand how some people lack the common sense of running a smart business.

NEVER getting an alteration from here again. Long story short, they took my long dress, pinned it, and cut it unevenly where it was much shorter on one side than the other. She saw that it was unevenly cut, blamed everything else but herself (including my body being uneven!?) then told me she wouldn't refund. I didn't trust her to touch my dress anymore than she already had. After trying to reason with her forever, I finally told her I would accept half the alteration amount at least and she accepted.
Horrible alteration and rude.

I heard a good review of this tailor/dry cleaner and decided to try it out when I needed a bridesmaid's dress and some pants altered, and I was happy I went. They were very attentive with measurements, listened to what I wanted, and tailored everything cleanly. When I wanted the bridesmaid's dress taken in again in a different area after the first round of sewing, they took it back and made the new alteration without charging me. They've also been really accommodating to requests like "can you cut this dress into a sweater" and helped revitalize my wardrobe. Highly recommended
