At Toolcraft, LLC our experienced journeymen toolmakers are capable of creating precision custom true position and hole location gages to meet demanding customer specifications. Gages can be produced from most any metal, with tool steel alloys being the most common. A large inventory of raw material is kept on hand to shorten lead times.

At Toolcraft, LLC we have the ability to machine precision metal and engineered plastic components up to 39" in length, 18" in width, and 23" in height. As a leading manufacturer of custom tooling and fixturing, our toolmakers routinely hold precision tolerances of +/-0.001 and tighter on our CNC equipment.

The custom precision tooling we produce at Toolcraft, LLC is used in the automotive, medical equipment, food service, and other advanced manufacturing industries. Our capabilities include the production of new tooling as well as repair, modification, and calibration of existing tooling. Tooling such as collets, hob arbors, and gage masters are produced by experienced toolmakers using advanced CNC equipment.

At Toolcraft, LLC we can provide cylindrical, surface and jig grinding to refine surface finishes and meet tight tolerance requirements. We can grind most metals from aluminum to hardened tool steel. Our products include precision tooling, fixturing, and gages as well as machined components used by the heavy equipment, food service, and other manufacturing industries.
