At Aerostar Manufacturing, we perform production CNC turning, forming, and milling to exact customer specifications. Straight, taper, form, and contour types of turning operations are our specialty. With a wide range of 2, 3, and 5-axis milling machines, we perform both horizontal and vertical milling.

Aerostar Manufacturing utilizes the latest innovations in cutting tools, work holding and machines to produce highly precise parts. These precision results become highly repeatable when paired with our skilled workforce, exceptional process controls and high-quality gaging. One such process control is the regular inspection of our machines for accuracy.

Using airset sand casting processes, we produce aluminum castings that are highly resistant to corrosion, heat, abrasion, and wear. We can produce castings up to 1500 lbs. in weight. The aluminum parts are heat treated to provide high tensile strength. Our cast parts are typically used in engines, motors, pumps, and valves.

At Aerostar Manufacturing, we understand the importance of expediently manufacturing production-quality prototypes. We are capable of producing excellent quality prototypes from aluminum, steel, copper, as well as plastic. Once we have produced a prototype to your specifications, we can provide small volume runs for your company.
