We have used the Rain Bird ESP family of timers for over 25 years. They are a proven reliable product and are the easiest to program. With the wifi link installed, you can operate the timer from anywhere on the planet as long as you have a cell phone reception. The wifi links to your home wifi and reduces the needed watering time according to the weather in your local area by zip code through the internet using the Rain Bird App.
Another advantage of being on the Complete Service Plan is that you will never be turned away during peak times. Once in awhile when we get really busy we choose not take on any new customers so that we can maintain a reasonable response time for our loyal customer base. Adjust timer for Summer watering requirements, check all heads for proper spray pattern, make any repairs as needed within initial (30 min.)
Anytime a freezing cold snap is predicted during the sprinkler season you need to protect the back flow device from freeze damage by either draining it or insulating it well. Position all valves at 45 degree position! The beauty of the freeze tolerant ball valve is that if you forget to drain your valves, or an unexpected cold snap catches you off guard, NO BIG DEAL.

We have used Ron since 2005 for our sprinkler system which is 35 years old! Ron repaired/replaced the freeze plug/poppit (the original very old & obsolete) & a copper pipe. Ron's pricing is very reasonable; he is always on time or even early; we highly recommend Ron!

Ron came out same day to fix a ball valve for us, he came out to give us a quote and ended up squeezing us in same day, he installed 2 freeze tolerant ball joints that have a life time warranty not to crack from the cold. He was fast and professional and reasonably priced for a job that was well done. We will definitely use him in any future issues that we have with our sprinklers.

I reached out via web contact form on Easter Sunday and got an email the same day. I was able to setup a time the next day and Ron came out, fixed my busted PVC pipe and replaced the pieces on my backflow preventer. I don't think it even took 20 minutes from when he arrived to when he was done and now my sprinkler is back in working shape.
This was scheduled and fixed before any other place I reached out to responded to me.
