As a founding partner of Green, Steel & Albrecht, LLP, Phil Green joined the firm in 2004 to head the litigation department, with an emphasis on real estate, business and trust litigation. Phil has been practicing in Orange County since 1979, having practiced with the large Los Angeles firm Kindel & Anderson and two well-known Orange County firms, Drummy, Garrett, King & Harrison and Palmieri Tyler.

Bill Steel is a founding partner of Green, Steel & Albrecht, LLP. Since becoming an attorney in 1982, Bill has developed and grown a successful real estate, business and transactional practice with clients that own real estate and that have business interests throughout California. Bill represents clients in the areas of purchase, sale, financing, leasing and development of all types of real estate and other business assets.
