I feel so lucky to have found Just in Time before wasting my time and money elsewhere. I am starting a small restaurant and Justin, knowing how high startup costs are, bent over backwards to find a solution to my refrigeration issues that would fit both my needs and my budget. Rather than charging me to do some fixes, he even showed me how to perfrom them myself in order to save money. He is attentive and easy to work with - fast responder. Most importantly, in a business where trust is paramount, I have no doubts putting my trust with Just In Time.

I tried to call for an appointment to get our heating serviced and someone answered the phone just screaming what at me and when I tried to explain what I wanted, he just continued screaming "WHAT DO YOU WANT" so I stated I'll just go with someone else and hung up. It's unfortunate that this happened and I hope he has a better day but that was extremely unprofessional and I'll be taking my business elsewhere because of it.

My father in law owns a deli and the walk in refrigerator stopped cooling. We called Just In Time at 11PM expecting not to get a hold of anyone nor a tech being able to come out to help us, but they answered the phone and a tech was at our place within 30 minutes and had us back up and running within an hour! AMAZING!! Thank you Just In Time, you saved us a ton of money in lost food by being there for us so quickly!

Very fair and honest pricing! My display case cooler and my commercial ice maker went down in the same day. I was frustrated to say the least. Called Just In Time up and they were there within 1 hour and had both units fixed in 30-40 minutes. Needless to say, this is my new service company. Thanks Guys, you really saved us!
