I would give million of stars if possible. Amazing Job. Bob is the best. He was very detailed explaining how everything will look and answered all my questions, even helped me with other stuffs that I needed it to do for my salon. He and his guys installed exhausts for my salon at each station. He's very nice and polite. I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic equipment, but at the cost of horrible parts support. Guaranteed to drop the ball on getting you the right parts. If you're an owner or a service tech, good luck! They don't break often, but when they do you're going to be without a unit for quite a while. I've repeatedly called them this year for parts and without fail they have screwed up every order.

Horrible customer service; horrible experience all around! On June 4th I ordered several parts, to be delivered within 3-4 days, however, by June 14th the parts still hadn't arrived. I placed a call back on 6/14 to locate the parts, turns out an incorrect delivery address was inputted. I reordered the parts, today, 3 days later still haven't received parts (mind you they're only traveling 70 by UPS ground). After the first phone call today, I was told the person who took my particular order was on lunch and I would receive a call back. I waited 1 hr, no callback. I called a 2nd time, now I am told

I like their service. Honest company. I've owned several Everest units throughout the years (19 years in business). Small convenience shop. I have glass door merchandisers, freezers, prep tables. Mostly never had issues but when I do, I get good help from their support team. They give me quick answers and when I needed a technician, they sent one over even though I live in a pretty remote place.

**DON"T BUY**
Our Everest double door stand up refrigerator arrived and we were excited to get it up and running for our brand new kitchen. We plugged it in and it stayed right at 68 degrees until we unplugged it a few hours later realizing it was not working. I called the warranty department since this fridge is brand new and they said they would call me back and let me know when they can send a tech out to look at it. A week goes by and no call from Everest so I reach out to them and see what the hold up is. On this conversation I assisted in diagnosing the problem and they seemed to find out

I run a medium-sized grocery store specialized in farm to table products. I source all my ingredients from highly certified growers and artisans so I need them kept and cooled in the best way possible. I got 3 open-air merchandisers from Everest Refrigeration. I was surprised by the price and the fact that it came standard with "accessories" like night curtains, tag holders, wheels, shopping cart bumper cards, etc. When I was shopping around, the other brands I saw charged for these as add-ons. I just want to leave a quick review to say how great my experience has been with the support staff. I wasn't having the best day today because SOMEONE lost the key to my Everest freezer. This is a three-door freezer where we keep ALL our prepped ingredients. Opened the kitchen, orders coming in over the phone, but we had nothing to cook with. NADA! So I called Everest Refrigeration in a panic. The lady on the other line was very patient and sent a local technician to drop off replacement keys on the same day. We got out business back up and running in no time. Thanks for saving my sanity. Love

I run a desert bakery called Vanilla Confections. We need our refrigerators and freezers to keep up with the fast-paced pastry kitchen. I've had good results with Everest Refrigeration. I like the quality and the lower cost compared to other brands. The stainless steel is high-grade, looks really nice. I have 1 Everest ESGR1 - Glass Door Refrigerator in the storefront and 1 Everest ESRF2 - Ref/Freezer Combo in the back kitchen. They work great. I haven't had any issues, knock on wood.
