Tom has been working in the construction industry since he was 10 years old. He is still involved in his family's third generation electrical company and is a licensed electrician. Tom attended University of Lowell where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology. He founded LeBlanc Contracting in 1994 and started Watch City Kitchens in 2008.
