Daytime cafe is cool to grab a coffee with a friend or do some work. Nights are pretty sleepy, except Thursday’s when they host arguably the best open mic in town 🎙 full of funny comedians, talented musicians, and some beautiful spoken word sprinkled throughout. The hosts have great shows all around town but this one is one of my favs

Stumbled into this place on a very rainy evening and found myself enjoying the open mic event happening. Felt like a hole-in-the-wall place with a rustic aesthetic. Good atmosphere of people performing and watching. Drinks were also pretty good +1.

Great place to have some peace and quiet work (except when the train passes by but it is part of its charm).
Me and my wife shared a coffee which name I cant recall but I believe it had vanilla and was something like energy shot. The aesthetic is great and staff is very kind.

I went to an open mic that Tony Dark was doing and absolutely had a blast. The comedians were hilarious and the place was really open and had such an interesting look to it. I’m hoping to see Tony Darks show again here soon! Looking forward to it

This coffee shop is a gem in Fort Lauderdale and anytime we've taken friends or family here it's been an amazing unique experience. Went there today and the young lady who helped us was really rude. I saw the pour over machine and got excited and she immediately shut me down and said "we don't do pour over anymore" it was honestly such a bad experience I refused to eat there or hangout and got my coffee and hit the road. She was miserable and really put a damper on the whole vibe of the place... on the day after Christmas, someone must have been on the naughty list

Loved the vibe. Ordered a black coffee and chocolate croissant. The croissant was a little bit on the chewy side, might have been a day old that's why. The barista is friendly and helpful. He did although forget that we ordered croissants lol, but not a biggie.

I cane around 10 am, we were the only two there. People started coming in around 11:30 am.

Quite a drive from Doral. Took almost 35 minutes on the turnpike.

This is a cute coffee shop. I love the decor and atmosphere. The furniture is all random but it ties in to match in its unique way. Let's talk about the coffee. I got the cortda and it was delicious. Definitely want to try some more of their menu. This is a great spot to lounge around and hang out with friends to catch up.

Totally disgusted that these people would set up a bar and take advantage the way they did. Order two double Tito's and sprite and they were $20 each! Other tables were selling doubles for $10 each. So I tell them wow $20 each - they better be strong! I even tipped 6 bucks - I don't know why I did that after being ripped off. We get two tall cups not even filled to top with a single pour of Tito's and flat sprite. You know, we go there to spend our money and support local and small businesses but will never go to that table again. Icing on the cake - I ask for a straw and the

If you're looking for a good laugh, someplace off beat and off the beaten path, C & I Studios is a great place to visit!
A good friend invited me to come see him perform on Comedy Night, which is the 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights I'd the month. About 10 comedians took the stage for an open mike night that was full of laughs and the winner for a $100 cash prize!
They have Happy Hour weekdays 4-7pm. Every week, the schedule is Movie Night on Mondays, DJ Night Fridays, Live Music Nights Saturdays and 1pm Saturdays and Sundays, Brunch on weekends 10am-4pm.
Every month, they have First

Never really given a 2 star review, I try to only write a review if I loved the place. But, I truly didn't like this place, not because of the aesthetics they were awesome but for the coffee. They only had Splenda for sweenter, and I usually don't sweeten my coffee but the acidity was so harsh I wanted to mask the taste. I ordered a basic iced soy latte. And, the barista was just mildly rude.

Awesome venue! A must stop during the Art Walk as they always have a nice variety of art and artists. Very creative, the venue hosts many events and local music. There is a coffee shop on the other side which is very convenient.

The coffee program is Devine here, bean flavors are so rich. Really neat decorated atmosphere- most stylish coffee shop in Fort Laud. Music is a nice casual cool selection. The big garage door/wall facing the train tracks is usually open so its a half-outdoorsy feel, really comfy couches!

I freakin love this place!!! Funky cool with a nice brew or craft cocktail on art walk night. Plenty of bartenders that mean you get your drink and can when you want it. Lots of things to see and do. Good music. Or chill and sit with good vibes and trains going by outside the back door

Get your as there.

C&I is a pretty cool place! They've got a hipster vibe going on with their decor. First walking in, I thought I made a mistake and entered the wrong place. Follow the hallway to the back, and the place opens up to the actual coffee shop, like a cute hidden gem. LOVE that they have TONS of books! Now, whether or not those are the actual book vs just empty decoration, who knows. It looks neat, though! Even the bathroom had a book theme going on. Opened books with some burnt pages, hinting at Fahrenheit 451.

Coffee-wise is also "hipster" in that it's not your Starbucks on

Super cool vibe. The ambiance is kind of hipster, artsy. They have free movie nights once a week on Tuesdays where they give you some free wine and popcorn. I went a while back and saw Back to the Future. The furniture is all mix matched chairs, couches, easy chairs and stuff which makes it look retro. The restroom is even cool looking! There are burned books hanging from the restroom ceiling which reminds me of Fastener Fahrenheit 451. Very cool place :) There is also a church that meets at the studio on Sunday mornings called Influence Culture. It is a great laid back church service that is made

Came here for art walk on Saturday. This place has it all. It is an Artistic production company. Whether your into photography, film, music, or visual arts C&I will help you in your vision. The studio space is huge. At night, they turn part of the studio into a live open mic with a bar! Super chill and a place to hone your musical skills. Take a visit every month for Fort Lauderdale Artwalk or Open mic :)

C&I is part varying forms of art studios and a coffee cafe. This review only pertains coffee part of their operations.

Whoever put the coffee café went to a lot of trouble to make it hip, sort of urban underground relaxing and casual. Located on NW 1st Avenue within what is known as the FAT or Flagler Arts and Technology Village it obviously caters to those having artistic interests. To get to it you enter C&I Studios, kind of wind around to the rear of the building where you'll find the coffee area. It's a big area, has plenty of comfy lounge like chair seating and coffee

Great morning spot for a cup of coffee and a snack. Great vibe easy to get to and a lot of parking. The coffee selection is plentiful and tons of seating inside, so you can relax and read the paper without sitting next to tons of people.

A very industrial vibe located in a warehouse in an up and coming neighborhood. A def recommendation of you are anywhere downtown. Much better choice than the common starbucks.

Immediately my favorite coffee spot- ever. Softly lit with antique furniture pieces, perfectly handcrafted coffee beverages AND attached to photo studios? Yes please.

Everything is customized and unique for a very pleasing experience. We were greeted and served by a lovely young woman, who was the perfect mix of professional and genuine friendliness.

If this place was closer to where I live, I would definitely be there every day.
