First time there and never again will i go Got two chicken finger sub and they were old cold chicken when i asked for fresh new sandwiches i opened
Them in store and chicken was lukewarm at best i even handed him a piece of chicken to feel and he tried to justify it got home with the sub and i still found old dried out chicken in them 25 dollars on disappointment its what i got for just 2 subs

I forgot how good the sandwiches are from here. If you look at my profile you'll see that I now live in MI, but I was visiting my family and stopped in for some nostalgia. The beer selection is bigger than I remember. A lot bigger. It was cute to see some local breweries from my new town in my home town.

The chicken is very good here! So why 1 star? I decided to bring some back to the office so I ordered 6 pieces (normally I get 2 or 3 for myself). The boy picking the chicken for the basket kept pushing around the pieces with the tongs - he put the 6 smallest pieces in the basket. Pointed to one of the plumper pieces and asked for that one and he said "No Ma'am, you can't pick and choose." Of course HE was picking and choosing... So while the chicken is good, the service is horrid.

Second time ordering food with disappointing results so they made my list of no more!
Ordered chicken wings, crispy and a Cesar Salad. The chicken wasn’t even cooked through. I had to complete cooking them for 35 min. Large in size but tough to chew, yes it was chicken wings, go figure. The grease and wing sauce was dripping out of the bag on the floor, when the driver delivered it. The salad, Cesar Salad, was Arugula with white onions, banana peppers, tomatoes and feta cheese! Well at least the feta was somewhat of Cesar! What a joke and paid good money for way less than sub par eats.

East Derry Store is an excellent place to grab lunch! My colleagues and I get lunch there every Thursday and the food is not your typical convenient store food. Their breakfast sandwiches, pizza (specifically, buffalo chicken pizza), fried chicken, biscuits, fried corn on the cob, and subs are hands-down among the best, if not the best we've ever had! They have a huge variety of coffees, snacks, and treats, and if you're into local beers, they have a huge variety of those too. Sam and his crew are great folks--respectful and respectable! I (and my business partners/colleagues) highly recommend

I'm a doordasher and the owner and employees there are so rude and unprofessional and unpleasant people. The owner screamed at me for her employee being rude, ridiculed me infront of customers and staff, as well as another doordasher. The other doordasher had to defend me against the hostel awful owner! She was horrible and should never work in any job that deals with customer service. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!

The food was decent, but I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food, and they also forgot the ranch dressing I had asked for. The only things we had ordered was chicken and biscuits as well as a chicken sandwich... it was absolutely outrageous to wait that long for food that came only slightly warm.

I just moved to this great town a few weeks ago and heard such raving reviews of this business that I had to stop in .... And I am SO glad I did !!! Customer service and friendly, welcoming staff were only the tip of the iceberg ... Their chicken is THE BEST !!! Super moist, tender and just little kick of seasoning --- much better quality and priced far better than the Popeyes and KFC fast food chains ... The selection of beers is incredible ... The pizza was a bit pricey but very tasty and fresh ... Im hooked and will definitely be a customer for life 😁

Take out food is great, we love the fried chicken and pizza! They will deliver groceries or cigarettes with your food and the staff is awesome. The owner works hard to keep his customers happy and to have a great selection of craft beers.
