Family Doctor, Dr. Bodla, maintains a fully integrated electronic medical record system which maintains your health information in a safe and organized fashion. Madison Primary Care is full-service medical care facility. We continually strive to bring the finest medical care possible to our patients.
Established patients may now schedule Telemedicine/Telehealth virtual office visit by calling our office. Telemedicine allows health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance using telecommunications technology. The approach has been through a striking evolution in the last decade and it is becoming an increasingly important part of the American healthcare infrastructure.

This was a horrible place. The care I received was just average. But the real problem was with their billing. I was charged the same $25 co-pay for 3 years in a row. After the first year the office manager told me they were in the process of changing computer billing systems for just that reason. She assured me the problem was taken care of, but it was not. This year I received a threat of collections letter and once again I called and tried to explain I had already paid this bill. They told me I still owed the $25. Well, I guess I will be in an endless billing of $25 untill the end of time.

LAM omg not only is she beautiful she is always greeting me with a smile. Always happy to see me . She is very good at taking care of me . I can’t say enough about her . They are about making money. I was forced to pay a co pay of 150 dollars for an appointment that took 2 minutes and was not my actually visit. I was sent there by mistake and i explained i wanted to be sure i was in the right place before giving the co pay. However the Assistant insisted i pay first. Also i still have not received my refund of the 150 dollars.

One of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. I heard nurses gossiping and giggling about patients. The receptionist seems like she has no clue what’s going on. Dr Bodla himself has no bedside manner and is very condescending. He talked to me as if he was over everything being borderline rude and does not give a damn about his patients. Don’t understand why people like that go into medicine. Find a different primary care/doctor office there are several around the area.

I am so thankful for Madison Primary Care and how wonderful they have been with my father. The physician and nurse practitioner both go out of their way to give him the very best care and really take the time to explain things. He has a lot of health issues, and they are always so thorough with him. You can tell that they really do care about their patients. For the negative commenters about wait times, you may want to go to an urgent care instead where you will receive minimal attention for your problems. It amazes me how some adults with multiple health issues expect to get in and out of doctor

Absolutely love Dr. Bodla! Had it not been for his persistence trying to figure out my symptoms and doing further testing, I may not be here today. His knowledge is vast, he is personable and with problem patients like me! he is the best. Staff is always helpful and personable as well. Fortunate to have found him 3 years ago when we moved to Madison. They are a busy Practice but when needed they will fit you in. Thank you Madison Primary Care for taking care of me and my Family.

The worst office I've ever been to! The doctor was GREAT! The staff is absolutely horrible! They don't know how to bill insurance companies due to a new billing program. I have a bill that was never sent nor received by my insurance company, so they just swept it under the table and every copay I've payed them went towards that one bill that I NEVER knew about. So now I'm stuck with the remaining balance that was from OVER A YEAR AGO! The woman told me she didn't know about it either until it was over the grace period (imagine that). DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!! The staff is completely incompetent and this place is a disaster! I took two separate days off of work to have a stress test done and this Dr and office screwed up the paperwork twice!! The 2nd time the hospital called for 3 days looking for the proper paperwork then when I show up they still do not have the order and of course the Dr is off so they will have to reschedule again. The only thing that is stressing me now is the lack of ability by this Dr office. So now I have to start the process over with a new Dr. This place is a joke!!! Stay away!
