When you visit our office, you always see your doctor (never a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner), and you will be seen on time with no waiting or unforeseen costs.
In today's insurance driven world, doctors are rushed and patients often leave appointments with more questions than answers. Insurance premiums are ballooning and the costs of routine care are difficult to predict. At Olive Health DPC, we are committed to focusing on the most important thing - the patient.
With low monthly costs and personalized service, employers can see increased productivity, lower absentee rates and happier employees. We never double book appointments, so your employees get the care they need, on time, and get back to work. Telehealth service provides 24/7 access through secure text messaging, email and video-conferencing to keep employees at work, rather than waiting in line at urgent care.
A concierge practice generally charges a high cost yearly subscription fee. Additionally, they will collect copays at each visit and bill your insurance for any services provided. DPC provides the personalized service normally associated with concierge medicine, but at a much lower cost. DPC practices do not collect copays at visits and do not bill your insurance for any services provided.

Couldn’t recommend Olive Health more. Great service and lots of personal attention. Never feel rushed and they seem to really care about my health, well being, and any concerns I ever have. I particularly love the text feature. How awesome to be able to text your doctor with health related questions! Also find the service to be a tremendous value for the cost. Give them a try!

Incredible experience of the true meaning of Doctor patient Relationship. I am more than happy that I have found this clinic and I am more than satisfied of the continuing care and attention that I am receiving from doctor Geoff on every visit. This place is amazing and if you are looking for primary care physician you should give them a call now! As soon as you sign up to the clinic you get a kit to take home with medical testing tools and even an advanced blood pressure tester that cost much more than you would expect, a very useful kit at any home. Already by the first visit I was so impressed

I had Dr Erin Cooper as our family doctor nearly 3 years before she moved to her private practice! Then I followed her to Lexington and chose to pay out of my pocket even tho I have full coverage insurance because she is just that AMAZING!! I hate doctors, since I was 8 I’ve been “Sick” diabetes, 3 chronic disease, auto immune disease and a lot of ICU stays. Dr Erin doesn’t skip a beat. She CARES. She LISTENS! I also saw her husband as did my kids, and he’s just a great! Funny, compassionate, and smart! They don’t give up! She won’t let me give up! She works here for my health! Even

The convenience of this practice is absolutely amazing. To not have to wait around in an emergency room while in pain and then be charged an outrageous amount of money is absolutely worth it. So grateful I found these doctors. They are kind and thorough and I feel that they really care. Highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Dr. Cooper! I don't have health insurance with my job. I recently moved to the Lexington from Los Angeles and have some pre-existing conditions that I need to see a doctor regularly for. Having access for an affordable monthly payment has made me feel so much better about managing my health care. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I like that I'm able to contact her over secure messaging if needed. I recently added my daughter to my plan as well so I have her covered. Can't recommend her enough.

This is the best doctor I’ve ever had! Erin Cooper has been my doctor for almost a year now and I’ve only had good interactions with her! Any time I need help I can securely message and ask questions, set up meetings, and potentially get a prescription sent to the pharmacy! I have asthma and many times I’ve needed my inhaler refill sent to the pharmacy on weeks where I don’t have the time to schedule a meeting to come into the office! I’ve easily been able to send a message to the office and have them send my inhaler, same day! I’ve even messaged while Erin was on vacation and still

The future of healthcare is here NOW. If you're paying BC/BS or such for a personal healthcare plan, you're throwing your money away. Compare traditional plans to Olive Health DPC. My plan is 75% less than a traditional plan. You actually get to see your Doctor, not a Physician's Assistant or an intern. Prescriptions can be picked up in office for a fraction of the price at a typical pharmacy.

Dr. Cooper's professionalism and patient care is excellent. She provides medical care via office, phone, through secure medical text messaging and home visits. I am responsible for the medical care of my Mother who has dementia. Without Dr. Cooper's modern and flexible approach to healthcare, my Mom would not have the excellent care she receives from Dr. Cooper. My mind rests easy knowing that Dr. Cooper is caring for Mom. I absolutely love Dr. Cooper and her primary care facility !!! It’s up close and personal care that I have never received anywhere else !!! There’s never a rush while your with her. Also once your her patient you will have access to an app that allows you to contact her and I’ve gotten an immediate response from day one !!!!
