We offer precision haircuts, hair styling and the latest hair color techniques for men, women, and children. Bridal and event styling are available in salon or on location. Acrylic nails, nail art & soft gel nail extensions services are by appointment only. Melisa and Jean established Revel Salon in Suffern, NY back in 2012.
Revel Salon offers a multi-level price structure. The progression of stylist level is determined by the stylist's years of experience, expertise, specialized training and demand for service. Although all of our stylists are NYS licensed and capable in every aspect of hairdressing, not every stylist offers all of the services listed.

I needed a wash and blow out for a wedding! at the last minute i found out my person was not available so i scrambled for someone near my house. i called "dominican styles" and had an appointment but they forgot to call me with a definite answer so of course i called them 1/2 later and the woman apologized and said come right over. since their advertisement states the location is near "paw diva", that's where i parked. i went into "revel salon" knowing it can't be the right place and sure enough it wasn't. they were very kind and gave me directions to the other place. i get there and they were

Critical: Professionalism
An hour before my appointment they called me and couldn’t do my hair, I understand someone is sick, but I had an appointment and they should provide me with someone else to do my hair, or call me earlier in the morning. I’m going away for a wedding this weekend that was very unprofessional.

I have been going to Rick for years and I couldn’t be more happier . I have tried other places in the past and when I went to Rick my hair was brittle , dried out , and the color was awful. Rick talked me through how we were going to fix it and how we can proceed. He made me feel better and my hair has never looked healthier and then each time I go he knows exactly the style I should have. I highly recommend Rick you wimpy regret it.

Where to begin - Melisa has been cutting my hair since before the shop opened. Not only have I sent basically my entire family and friends to the shop, I get compliments almost daily! Jean has been my nail tech for about 6 years, she is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to nails and the products she uses are exceptional. Revel feels like my home away from home, I definitely recommend this shop to all!

Above and beyond service! I'm not local, I was in suffern for my son's wedding. I searched online for hair and makeup and Revel had awesome reviews, especially updos by Jackie. On the day of the wedding jackie made my hair look amazing, so now it's time for makeup, the artist didnt show, I can't thank the staff here enough, everyone working helped do my makeup that day!! The primer, foundation, smoky eyes, even gave me a lipstick! The staff here are wonderful and I can't thank them enough for making me feel beautiful on my son's special day. And a shout out to the very patient customer who waited

These Ladies are the most talented in the industry by far!!!!! Every 3 weeks for nails with Jean is amazing with brand new designs! She uses the latest techniques and always puts the health of your nails 1st. She knows everything there is to know about nails and is always learning and trying new things! You won't be disappointed EVER! She is amazing and I always love my nails.
