Your little one will enjoy supervised free play on our brand-new, super-fun, safe, engaging pre-school and kinder gymnastics equipment. Have fun on the spring floor, obstacle course, uneven bars, monkey bars, balance beams, vaulting station, and tumble track! Caregiver is required to be hands-on and participate--students cannot be unattended at any time.
Aimed at children ages 18 months -5 years. Our primary goal to create a fun environment where boys and girls build a strong foundation of gymnastics skills to take them wherever they choose to go in sports. Low child/instructor ratio, allowing the instructor to have more time to focus on each child.
A co-ed program for boys & girls with some gymnastics class experience. Each class, participants will be led through warm-up & stretching, review of basic gymnastics body positions and safety rules, and event rotations with stations and drills set up for learning basic gymnastics skills on our brand new equipment, including vault, bars, balance beam, spring floor, and tumble track!
Our Developmental Program is in place for girls ages 3-7 who wish to gain the skills needed to join one of the competitive teams. 60 minutes / focuses on gaining the strength, coordination and flexibility required to master Competitive Level 1 basic skills. Focuses on gaining the strength, coordination and flexibility required to master Competitive Level 2 skills.
For this option, participant must also pay our Annual Registration Fee (normally $75 but use Promo Code SDE10ARF to receive $10 off) in which participant receives USC T-shirt or $10 credit to use in our pro-shop. USC staff will lead warm-up/stretch and offer assistance with drill and apparatus set up, strength and flexibility work and corrections.
