NBAA's fully-equipped gymnastics facility is one of the largest of its kind in the North Bay area. Offering classes in gymnastics as well as seasonal camps and birthday parties, everyone is welcome to take part in NBAA fun! NBAA has upcoming opportunities for high school/college students to volunteer and earn hours for community service.

Services
The competitive gymnastics teams at NBAA are part of a comprehensive, well-established USA Gymnastics program. Promising gymnasts as young as three years old may be invited to participate in our Developmental or Pre-Team Program. Our Junior Olympics Competitive Teams provide our compulsory gymnasts J.O.
NBAA Gymanstics has a comprehensive instructional program built to ensure appropriate placement and meaningful growth and development for the budding and experienced gymnasts alike. With our carefully selected and trained staff, your child will receive the benefits of our safe and nuturing environment while exploring and learning to excel at the sport of gymnastics.
The Junior Olympic program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely through each level. Gymnasts train rigorously and compete on the four Olympic events: vault, bars, beam and floor. This level is an introductory competitive level.
The Xcel Program is designed to offer an alternative competitive experience outside the traditional Junior Olympic Program to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. Xcel gymnasts have competitive opportunities up to and including State and Regional Championships.
The TOPs Program at NBAA is a well-established and successful program with a history of national team members and national testing qualifiers. The Talent Opportunity Program (TOPs) is a nationwide, annual program to identify young gymnasts who have the ability to excel in the sport. During the months of June and July, thousands of gymnasts (ages 7-10 years) across the US participate in state or regional TOP testing.
