I love Zoe Dental! Every staff member there from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctors, are so kind and friendly. They are extremely professional but go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and to get to know you as a person. My hygienist was Beth, and she was amazing! It was like hanging out with a friend. A friend who cleans your teeth lol. :) I would highly recommend Zoe dental to anybody!!!

As a first time patient, I could not have been more pleased with the outstanding level of customer service and care I received in this office. Well, I have to do a little happy yelping about these professionals. They took excellent care of me yesterday, and today I have a new temp tooth and will get a permanent one soon. The location on Yorkshire St. is quick to get to, just south of downtown Biltmore; the staff are friendly and all smiles, and the dentists (Dr. Orlosky and his agile hygienist Macy) are just wonderful. My friend of 35 years sent me to them. She was looking after me. I didn't expect to pay so much, but it was close to the other estimates I got. So. Five stars to these dentists and their beautiful offices

I have been a patient at Zoe Dental from the start and have been very pleased with all of the staff from the front desk to the dentists. Everyone is gracious and gives the best of care. This practice always has the most advanced equipment (just wait until you meet Wall-e at the front door). My hygienist, Angela, is very thorough in her cleanings and always provides excellent instructions and explanations.

I just had my first visit at Zoe Dental and was absolutely blown away. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment. My dental hygienist Beth was very thorough and had a warm personality. As I was leaving, she offered me a cookie to bring home to my son (which was a thoughtful touch). I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent dental practice with professional and caring staff. Had a great experience with the dental hygienist Maria. They show you around, get to know you, introduce you to the doctor, do a full dental evaluation and discuss everything going on with you first before the cleaning. They have a super nice office with modern technology. I felt confident in the information they were telling me and the treatment plan they presented. Cleaning was a breeze and then they offered to replace a chipped filling for me same day. I have never been able to get work done after a cleaning same day at the dentist

Overpriced. Adds on irrelevant extras that drive the price up. Was quoted $193 for a cleaning and left there with a $350 bill.
Found a cavity and they wanted a down pymt. in order to make an appointment to get it filled. This treatment was not due to poor payment history or no dental insurance. I always paid and had great dental insurance. Heed this warning.

Everyone was very welcoming and determined that I would have a good experience, which has really not been the case in my lifetime of dental visits. They have a comfort menu (!!!) which was amazing, and they were upfront about my insurance and the cost of procedures we were contemplating. My hygienist, Beth, was very sweet and understanding and did everything but hold my hand as we went through the appointment and procedures (which would have been hard because she needed two hands...). I felt like a member of extended family, rather than just a patient.

They lie about accepting insurance-don't be misled!! I had several procedures done and even encouraged my wife to have her cleaning done at Zoe, as I was happy with the work done. However, they absolutely intentionally misled me about insurance coverage, if not outright lied to me. The website clearly states "We accept most insurance" and when I gave them my insurance information the front desk person said "Oh great, that brings your bill down significantly." It turns out that they are actually out of network but explicitly lead you to believe that they are in network.

Just went to Zoe's dental for my first cleaning and Invisalign appointment. What an amazing experience!! Super nice staff , Beautiful office, very well organized and super professional!!! Beth was dental hygienist and took excellent care of me answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable!!! I will be returning next week for my Invisalign treatment plan and can't wait to work with Dr. Hayes!!

I wish I could say I loved this dentist, but sadly I haven’t had a single positive experience here. The most recent of which had to do with my insurance and the lack of billing towards it. I had my teeth cleaned in September of 2019, I gave them my husband’s dental insurance card. They said great we will run it and send you a bill for anything it… doesn’t cover. I never heard a SINGLE word from Zoe. Fast forward OVER a year later to December of 2020....and a bill for the ENTIRE cleaning show up for 156$. They had never even ran it through my insurance. So they insisted

I absolutely love the staff at Zoe Dental! They have found the perfect balance of professionalism; in tandem with a warm, personal approach. Dr Hayes, and every skilled assistant, have provided care that has far exceeded my expectations. I was suffering with PTSD from former experiences as a child. At first, I thought it was a bit silly they had a "comfort" menu. Blankets, calming oils, etc.... but I learned that many people have terrible dentist anxiety, and this was something they put in place to help with that fear. I've always been very fortunate with my dental health, so I could never really understand why someone would be afraid of the dentist. The staff is all super friendly, and the office is clean, and appears to be up to date with modern technology

Just moved to the area and I was looking for a reliable dentist. I chose Zoe Dental because they were right down the street from my house. When I called to make an appointment I asked "Do you take Tricare"? The receptionist immediately replied "we bill all insurance companies." I assumed this meant that my bill would be similar to what it was every other time I went to the dentist (I move a lot so I have had many).

I have been going to Zoe Dental for a couple of years. Every experience I have had there has been wonderful. I particularly enjoy the paraffin hand dips, the heated massage chairs and a warm blanket while having my teeth cleaned. I joke that I'm not going to the dentist, I'm going to the spa!

Very professional and such a comforting environment. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist and haven't gone for quite a few years. They were very sweet and did not make me feel like crap for not keeping up with my dental hygiene. I found out that day that I have periodontal disease. They made me as comfortable as possible and gave me several treatment options to make sure I could get the care I needed while also keeping my budget in mind. The one bummer is that you have to pay upfront and get reimbursed by your insurance. However, I believe this is typical for dental offices.

On my first visit to Zoe Dental, I stated that besides good dental care I expect to know exactly what my bill will be before any work is performed. In 7 years of going to the same dental clinic in our former city, my wife and I always knew what the bill was going to be before we approved the work.
The technician pushed the panoramic x-ray, which I wasn't going to do (I was experiencing no discomfort), but II was told my insurance covered $95 of the $130. So I said yes. After my treatment which was fine I was told my insurance didn't cover the x-ray and I had to pay the entire $130.

Extras: I've never been treated so well at a dental clinic.... I received a welcoming present in a bag, which was actually a really nice stainless steel travel coffee cup - nicer than the average stainless steel cups actually! There was also the standard toothpaste and floss in there, like at all dentist offices. And I received a free whitening kit and $100 credit for being a new client (promotion going on right now).
