I had a leak in a bathroom that resulted in mold damage. Fernando came out to assess. From the beginning, I knew I was in safe hands. Fernando was so knowledgeable about mold issues and what needed to be done. He provided a comprehensive and reasonable estimate, which included wall repair by a contractor. My contractor was extremely qualified. And my contractor referred me to an extremely qualified plumber to address the leak.. I really had the “dream team” on this project. While “mold” is nothing any homeowner wants to hear, Pure Maintenance is the company you want if you have to address

The inspector was professional, friendly, and honest. We got some troubling news about our home, and in the long run, this may help us out considerably for our health. I am beyond grateful for the answers they provided which confirmed most of my worst fears about the place.
Updated: I’m sorry to amend this, but in the name of telling the truth, I feel it was worth adding that our inspector never provided a formal report or anything of the kind. When I requested one, he seemed a bit surprised that I’d ask, and then pulled over while driving to write me a few unhelpful sentences about the inspection

Rob came to give an estimate of the mold removal. He was great - knowledgeable, friendly/caring, listened attentively, was not rushed, and had additional experience with roofing which helped identify the potential source of the problem. I don't yet know the value as I haven't found another company yet providing the same system of removal to compare the cost.
Only question: I was going to have him do the mold test today, but understood if I waited and signed up for the full service, it would be included as part of the cost of the treatment. The estimate showed it as an additional cost.
