Ultra Dry

I highly recommend this business. They were very professional and clean and came when they said they would. They took very good care of my things. They did a very good and clean job of removing the walls and cleaning out the mold caused by a ruptured boiler. They covered my floors and clothes in my closet so there would be no damage!..... excellent work and staff!!!

Two days before Thanksgiving we discovered a leak in the hall bathroom behind the sink. There was water damage to the wall and also the wall of the office behind the bathroom. I scrambled for a plumber as ours had moved out of town. He came over the next morning and said the way it looked, a restoration company should take a look at it before he touched the walls. He called Ultra Dry, which he works with all the time, and got the ball rolling. They called in less than an hour and Gustavo came over very soon after. I felt lucky to get someone so knowledgeable, but after reading Ultra Dry's

Such a disappointment. After our pipe burst, They came in and stated they would manage the entire project from drying, deconstruction to RE-construction.

They stated their "reconstruction division" would handle the build back. I signed the release form.
They got paid (overpaid by my insurance by Double)

When it came time for reconstruction... They said they don't know anything about construction. They then told me to call the reconstruction company. So they lied about having a reconstruction division.

Dealing with a leak can be stressful. Sean and his team quickly responded to the call and began to demo and dry our home. Sean, the general manager, is great to work with - he is quick to respond, answers any questions you may have, and will walk you though the restoration process. Likewise, his crew is friendly, easy to work with, and will make sure all areas are dry before the job is done. When you inviting a company into your home you want a team who is courteous, trustworthy, and gets the job done. Ultra Dry is a family ran company that you can count on.

I can't suggest this company enough. If I could give a 50 star rating I would. Their knowledgeable, on time, communicative, customer service was outstanding and helped so much with my damages. Ultra Dry seemed like they were working for the insurance company, and not me. They were more worried about saving the insurance company (my insurance company!) a dime, (not sure why, as I was the one paying Ultra Dry), than drying my place out. In fact, for the wet walls and ceilings that needed to be opened, I had to INSIST on them opening to check for mold. I had to continue to INSIST over and over again, before they would do it. And guess what - there was MOLD!! And their response to seeing the mold, "It's just a little bit of mold; it's OK"....... What?! Are you kidding

After I saw I had water damage in my living room ceiling, I knew I was in trouble. I called my plumber first, who determined the leak was coming from my upstairs master bath, and then I called Sean to talk about reconstruction. I was pleasantly surprised to see he is working with Ultra Dry now (in addition to his construction company, which I used for a remodel of my downstairs 12 years ago, and he was as good as it gets - a number of people I've referred him to have also used him and been quite happy). He and Ultra Dry know this process inside and out - they came in, removed damp drywall

The Company was swift and very professional, my home was taken care of with plastic runners to preserve my carpeting and the staff was very comforting and knowledgeable.
Their supervisor promptly returned any messages or questions I had.
The service technician sent out was very respectful, friendly and finished the job in excellent time.
I would highly recommend this company.

A small drip in the ceiling morphed into the ceiling collapsing destroying everything in its path. Tenants were forced to move out while the removal, drying and reconstruction began.

These guys came in, took care of every stage of repairs and basically turned a huge nightmare into a much smoother, manageable situation.

I had a great experience with ultra dry. I had a water leak and had flooding in my home. I had to remove the drywall in my garage and the carpet in my downstairs room. The Time frame was for a week for all other companies but everything took three days with ultra dry. Never been happier after such a traumatic experience
