Referring Physicians Report

We appreciate your referrals! Our providers welcome referral and consultation requests from providers of all specialties. We will contact your patient with an appointment. We will also notify you of their upcoming appointment date and time. Please remember, if your patient's insurance requires a referral be submitted through them as well (such as Tricare Prime or some Blue Cross policies), please include this with the referral form.

Visited a short while back. Prompt service, quick treatment. I think all these other folks are cry babies and ignorant that left negative reviews. If you're visiting a doctor expect to take off your underwear.... and Dr Ray can't see everyone. Don't think a 26 year old doesn't know what she's doing. Just hush up and listen.

Been going here for years since my original one closed. All PA and Dr Ray are very nice and professional. Very in-depth with their exams and have caught many precancerous places on me. Including one that was very invasive and needed a big removal. Dr Ray left almost no scars on all the places I’ve needed stitches. Definitely recommend.

Overpriced on medications and exams. Dr Shelley Ray was very rude to me because I told her what my issues were and made me take my underpants off. Also she gave me a prescription called otezla and caused my blood pressure to go up and the meds she gave me will not cause my issues to go away.

I couldn't get in to see Shelly Ray and had to see someone in training in her office. She is very arrogant, obnoxious and rude. She told me to be quiet and listen. I am 60 and she was like 26 ish. Very disrespectful.

They charge me appointment cancelled fee twice as much then what goes in a treatment.....hey make money but don't take advantage of some people who already in pain .....

They will ask what insurance you have, and if you say Blue Cross you will be told new patients are by referal only. Wonder if cash would get me an appointment?
