Appointment at 1:30 got here at 12:35!! Already had all paperwork filled out before I arrived. It’s 1:45 and still waiting!! Another new patient came in with me and her appointment was at 2:40 she has already been back and left 30 minutes ago?? Went to front desk to see why I was still waiting to be called back, since over 10 others had came in and left after me. Finally was called at 1:55 to go back and was out at 2:20. They were very nice and checked me out. Unsure what was going on at the front desk.

On 03/04/2021 had an appointment at 1045 However the person seeing patients was two hours late. The waiting room was full and people sitting in the hallway. I know things happen in life- but a courtesy call would have been helpful. Some people work and have to take time sick/vac time off this seems to be ignored by this place. Had to leave since my employer only allowed 90 minutes and this was a serious issue of cancer.

My experience was awesome. I was nervous but with my dr.s here. No problem. Straight up take care of business and they don't miss anything. You need that when you have skin cancer. They are not here to sugar coat and coddle. They do what they are good at. I had a cut from my eye to my lip. You can't tell it was even there and no cancer! I love this place and the people. I pray for blessings on them forever!!!
