We were ripped off here. I took in a Oreck upright for service and saying it was hard to push. They said " ok if it's over $100 we will call you" they never called. I called a couple weeks later they said it will be ready tomorrow when I picked it up they charged me $97 for a cleaning they did replace the belt but on line from Oreck a new belt and roller are under $20 and they didn't even replace the roller.
After looking at the vacuum this morning it's missing a front wheel . Just maybe that's why it was hard to push in the first place.

I wish I could give -0 stars. The service is unbelievably bad! I took my machine in and was told they’d call when it was ready. MORE THAN 2 WEEKS LATER I CALLED THEM and was told it was ready. I got the machine home and it didn’t work and I heard something rattling around inside. I took it back in and was told they’d check it and call me in a day or two. No call! I called THEM on day 3 and was told it was ready, that a set screw wasn’t put back on...causing the problem. We live out of town, so not convenient to run into Missoula for these trips. My husband picked it up and got it homeâ€

I live in Anaconda. I called to ask a question about my wife's machine. The help I got was more then I expected. They walked me thru my issue and sight on seen we had the problem solved. If I have any issues and just need my machine serviced. We will drive there to get it fixed. Thank you so much for your help.

Where do I start?! My experiences with Bob go back to at least 1979 and have always been superb. I would recommend Bob's Sew & Vacuum for all of their sewing machine needs be in buying a machine or having one serviced/repaired. I have bought new and used sewing machines from him over the past many years that I have known and done business with him. I look forward to continuing to do business with him for many more years.

I couldn't believe how great they were at Bob's. I brought in an old sewing machine that I thought was broken, but they tested it and assured me everything was working great. They told me that my machine was worth a lot of money, and helped me try to get a light bulb for it. Although we couldn't get a light bulb to work with my machine, they didn't charge me a bit for any of their time. They are experts and really nice.

I was merely curious about sewing machines and went in one day to inquire about them. Bob spent an hour and a half showing, explaining, and demonstrating all of the capabilities of the different machines. I learned more in that length of time than I could have ever imagined before entering. An hour and a half well spent. Thanks Bob, for the amazing service.
