If you are used to lengthy wait time in a room full of people, you will find our dental office very different. This is not because we aren't busy, but because we value your time and we schedule one patient at a time. We do accept and file traditional dental insurance but are NOT contracted with dental HMO's, also known as DMO's.
I grew up in a small town in west Texas, and moved to Boerne in 2004 after obtaining my Texas license to practice dental hygiene. I received my training at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. I have been with Lifetime Dental since 2010. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three beautiful daughters.
Our smile says a lot about us and it is usually one of the first things that people notice. There are many ways to improve ones smile and often do it in a way that makes the teeth function better. Porcelain veneers are made by our laboratory and are permanently cemented onto the tooth surface. Porcelain veneers are a thin layer of porcelain that is custom made to change the color, shape, or general appearance of the front teeth in any way that we want. A thin layer of the front part of the tooth is reduced to make room for the veneer.
There are 2 in office visits which are separated by 2-3 weeks. The patient is sent home with extremely accurate custom trays and a special at home whitening solution. This at home whitening solution not only whitens the teeth to some degree, but more importantly, it conditions the teeth to accept a higher concentration of whitening solution at the final whitening appointment.

Just know I do not give 5 stars to any one or anything. Let's face there is always room for improvement. Nothing or no-one is perfect..... well until you get to this place. I have a huge aversion to the dentist (not sure why). But once I talked to the DR and explained I had a 2 hour drive one direction and I am a let's do it type of person. So it was very fast and very complete.

We brought our 5 yr old in for her first visit w/ Lifetime Dental this week. She was a little stressed before going, but as soon as we arrived Mrs. Lana immediately put her mind at ease. The entire visit she was engaging with my little one and made the whole process of X-rays and getting her teeth cleaned light and fun. There was so much giggling coming from our room you would of thought she gave my girl laughing gas. I'm so thankful to have found a local team so nice and caring and good with little ones.

My first dental experience in Boerne, & I am glad I chose Lifetime Dental ! My dental hygienist, Gina, and the doctor did a wonderful job explaining things and providing education regarding gingivitis. They are a nice, clean facility with great staff! Easy to find and worth going to if you are in need of a dentist- I recommend this team!

Dr. Hatcher does a great job of setting expectations and meeting them. His staff is wonderful and great conversationalist which really helps relieve the stress of having to go to the dentist. This is my third visit to Lifetime and you can really tell he knows what he's doing when it comes to dentistry. I'd highly recommend Lifetime dental and Dr. Hatcher for all your dental needs.

Second visit to the office for myself and two daughters. The office staff is very accommodating and it was an overall pleasant experience. Had some questions about whitening and possibly needing a nightguard. Dr. Hatcher and his staff provided me with good information and even offered an inexpensive alternative in an effort to save me a few bucks. I am very happy that we were referred to the office by my daughter's orthodontist!

We went today for the first time and it was an awesome experience! It was my daughter's first cleaning, she's 2 1/2, and everyone was so kind and patient with her! She immediately felt at ease and actually had a really good time, which I definitely didn't expect. They gave her a very thorough exam with a cleaning and we were really pleased with their work. The treasure chest with prizes for the kids didn't hurt either. :) We will definitely bring our whole family here from now on!
