I got to my appointment at 10am and just needed a basic dip manicure with a short ballerina shape. I got short square nails with uneven tips and slanted spots with random round edges on certain nails and ended up not leaving until 11:30 and had to immediately turn around because the nails got ruined after I was told I was all set and good to go. I wasted 2 hours of my morning and I spoke to one of the people in charge and got brushed off. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances due to the convenience factor after the girl I was seeing left. It’s just very sloppy and unprofessional. A client

Went to OPJ for the first time today. There are usually 5 of us that go to get our nails and feet done every two to three weeks. This is now our go to place. The salon is spotless, the staff incredibly nice. The owner never stops he makes sure that the clients are taken care of and are happy with the service. If you try this place you will never go anywhere else.

Last two times I got my nails done, mani and pedi, very rough around the nails, stabbed my toe and cut a little too much skin off. Nails were filed sloppily and not even. I asked for square and she still rounded them. Maybe there is a language barrier? However, I can and will do my own nails. I'd save 100 bucks. I wouldn't mind spending the money if it was a nice experience and nails looked better than what I could do. Will not return.

Just came in to get my nails done. The tech kept talking to other employees not in English and laughing etc. When my nails were done she didn’t help me to move to the area where you dry them so I had to grab my bag with freshly painted nails. When I got out of the salon and looked at them in the daylight they didn’t look good, I can see different layers of the nail polish. Plus she was rushing and did everything very quickly so that explains the quality.

My usual go to salon was booked up due to graduations going on so I went to the next nearest place. They were busy but the wait was only 10 mins. Had regular mani/pedi. Pedicure chairs are great but the service was lacking. Little to no callus removal and one minute massage that I couldn't even feel. The manicure was just as disappointing. I was peeking at everyone else's nails to see how they came out and I'm sorry but I don't think they do great job shaping and painting nails here. I also asked about the rewards program and the nail tech had no idea and when I went to cash

I went to at least 15 different salons trying to find the best nail place before I found this one and I love it here! The prices are fair. The services are amazing and my nails have never looked better. They give discounts via a rewards program and if you pay in cash. A little heads up you can only tip in cash here. The interior is nice and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend!

Since moving to the area, OPJ has been my go-to nail salon. I have been here too many times to count and have never had an even slightly negative experience. I've probably had at least 10 different people do my nails (I can never plan ahead to make an appointment with the same person!) and have loved every one of them. This salon is consistent and efficient without making you feel rushed. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing, open, and always feels clean. I can't really talk about how prices compare to surrounding places since this is the only salon I've been to in North Smithfield

Chopped my nails pretty short at home and came here for a fresh mani while I let them grow again, Cindy did a very quick yet detailed SNS dip mani on my short tiny nails, she cleaned them up nicely and it was all pain free and appeared to be very sanitary.
This manicure was reasonably priced at $45, there is a cash discount which I believe brought the price down to $35. Best place I've been to so far in the New England area.

OPJ Nail Salon is a great nail salon. I’ve been there several times and consistently received a great French manicure/pedicure. They have a large selection of colors available and all of the nail techs are proficient in gel, natural and false nails. The salon is clean - the set used for every individual manicure comes sealed and sterilized. The techs are friendly and they take walk-ins. They salon is always busy, but I’ve never had to wait. 5 stars!

Went here for the first time tonight with my sister for her bday. When we first arrived we were greater by a wonderful young gentleman. We picked out our colors and was seated right away.
I had a woman named Katie and she had a woman named Tiffany. Both woman were very friendly and talkative to us. We all were laughing. They were both very helpful when looking for a color that I wanted.
The atmosphere here was amazing, friendly and welcoming. It was very clean, and positive environment. I loved the set up of the nail station rather then the normal set up of individual stations. This place

I have tried the "dip" at three different locations and this has been the best! Came in two days before thanksgiving around 3:30 and it was super busy! I called in ahead of time so I didn't have to wait. They have so many employees here I feel like if you do have to wait would be about 10min.
Tracy took good care of me! She took her time with my nails and made sure I liked how they came out. Definitely coming back to her!

Popped by for a little R&R, was sat immediately for my pedi. with Vikki. Vikki is truely a doll. I picked out a very faint pink which she applied on a nail asking if it was to my liking. A little to dull for me I asked if she would mind grabbing something with a little more POP! to it. She came over with OPIs Look at My Bow for my toesies and What's the Double Scoop? Gel for my fingernails both absolutly perfect. Everyone come here the experience gets better and better.

Came with a party of 9 ladies. We were taking my grandmother out because her husband, our poppy, passed this week. I like that they could accommodate such a large body. We had an appt at 2 and it did take until about 2:15 to take us but it was extremely busy Saturday.
The salon is much larger than expected. It seems very clean. They use plastic tubs in the pedicure chairs that they dispose of between each person. I like that they also have dividers between the pedi chairs if you want it more personal for some reason.
Price is a little on the high end of the nail salon spectrum but I like that
