Our Rental Policy: We are looking for a credit score of 600 or above, 45% debt to income ratio, and a good rental history. A typical security deposit will equal one month's rent. If your scores are below 600, you have no rental history, or your debt to income ratio is 50% or more we could ask for a larger deposit or you could be denied.

Jo and her team are wonderful. Jo was our property manager while we were overseas. We had a great experience with Realty World Today. The staff is very knowledgeable and Jo and David are amazing. Realty World Today was very professional and responsive to any and all maintenance requests I had while I was there for the year and 5 months I stayed at one of their properties. Rob was always helpful and really friendly towards me and my family. We did get charged a little bit upon leaving for cleaning and what not but it's in the contract you sign so its not as if it was out of nowhere. Seriously grateful for being reasonable and so professional.

Realty World Today is overall a decent Realty Company to conduct business with. We had no problems getting our security deposit back(It's literally in your lease of everything you need to clean or get cleaned professionally) and the staff always tried to help. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the fact we had to move out of one of their houses.

Realty World managed our rental property for the past 6 years after I moved out of state. In the beginning, there was a period of time to get all the recurring maintenance costs for termite inspection, crawl space inspection, etc. that I had setup transferred over to Realty World. We have used really world's services since December of 2010. Nothing about owning a property long distance is easy, you have to rely on someone to keep you informed on the status of the property and to handle all of the property needs.
