For more than 25 years, Christopher Myers - owner of Myers Automotive - has been helping to keep families safely on the road. Christopher first became ASE Certified at the age of 18 and has brought his care and commitment to his own shop in 2009. Don’t go if you’re a female alone because they WILL try to scam you. Called to see if they could fix a part in my EVAP, mechanic stated that I had to come in and pay for a diagnostic check from them even though I already had one from a different shop. Told them I only wanted this part fixed and nothing else and the man spoke down to me like I was a child and didn’t know what I was talking about. Was very obvious over the phone that the man I was talking to thought I wouldn’t notice him trying to scam me. They try to take advantage of female customers and charge hundreds of dollars over

I called Scott at Myers on west 21st and he was extremely helpful. Ordered the tires for my wife's car, we dropped the car off that afternoon for tires and oil change and they were done before closing. My mother recently purchased tires from there as well and also had a great experience. By far the best service and price, honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be going back for other service needs.

Work was completed on time and within the quoted budget. Technicians were thorough and went through our vehicle (at the time) with a fine tooth comb to assure the repairs fixed the issues.
Shop management was detailed in the services they were providing and did not try to sneak any adders in like a lot of shops. No pushy sales, just up front quote and timely repairs.

I had an electrical issue on our Rav4 and was told it was my alternator. It was fixed right the first time and service was quick. I received a printout of how strong my battery was, where my alignment was, and tire depth measurements on all of my tires. They also sampled all of my fluids (brake, power steering, and transmission) and physically showed me on a piece of paper how good (or bad) my fluids were. I haven't seen that before anywhere else.

Had a wonderful experience. They are very detailed which I appreciate! Scott was super professional as well as a super nice guy. They don’t push for any unnecessary sales gimmicks like other shops I’ve gone to in the past. I also did a pre purchasing inspection through them and they identified several things that the dealerships “150 point inspection” overlooked. Ultimately it saved me hundreds. I will continue to bring my business here.

They were very friendly but will not go back. We took my car in and it ended up that the battery had a bad cell. My battery is hard to get to so the price was supposed to be a little over 200 per their quote over the phone and that was fine. At the same time they tried to up sell the battery and all kinds of other stuff. I get its their job but it was a little off putting. What I am upset about is the price was almost 300 when we went to pick it up. After leaving I noticed the diagnostic charge which I have never been charged any where. I called my dad because he worked as a mechanic for years

Went in for oil change, balance and tire rotate. Was upselled on a alignment over the phone. Left their place on 21st street and noticed that around 45 mph my steering wheel shaking violently. I went back next day and 15 minutes later, I was back on my way. Two miles later, the shaking started again around 45 mph. I messaged the owner Chris, I got automated text back. I than went to where I should of gone originally, Parks Motors, and found the balance was off. I'm also told that two of my studs were cross threaded and now stripped and needs replaced. Parks advisor told me that would be $150

Never ever had any complaints with these guys! Whether is taking my car in for an oil change, or a huge issue (which I have had many of) they are always so nice and helpful! It definitely helps that they are speedy and efficient. If I ever needed to recommend anyone Chris and his guys are absolutely AMAZING!
