DPC stands for Direct Primary/Patient Care and is an alternative to the current medical system that limits the time patients have with their physician. DPC allows physicians to establish a trusting personalized relationship with their patients by offering visits in a relaxed and unhurried environment; free of 3rd party intrusions.

Dr. Nadler was born and raised in Charlotte County. She spent her summers in Boca Grande and Englewood beaches and has come back to the area to provide health care services to her community. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician and trained at the renowned University of Miami School of Medicine and completed internship and residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Yes, we recommend that all patients have, at a minimum, a high deductible health plan (HDHP) for unplanned medical expenses, including specialist visits, hospitalization or surgery. Alternatives to insurance are Health Sharing plans that work well with DPC (many offer discounts to members with DPC memberships), check out Sedera Health, www.libertyhealthshare.org, Zion Health, Medi-Share and several others for more details.
Being self-employed, we have found being members of CoastalMED DPC has had major benefits in terms of allowing us to regularly attend to our healthcare needs. Dr. Nadler works hard to save us money on medications and outside services. It's been a great compliment to our high-deductible insurance plan.

It is so wonderful to have the option of an MD knowing that you went through thousands of hours of training and sacrifice to provide the best medical care possible! It provides such peace of mind given that in today's Healthcare there are so many "providers" that actually have very little training and want to claim they "are the same". Dr. Nadler is the most caring physician I have ever met. After suffering missed diagnosis and mismanagement by a nurse practitioner, I had a long and hard recovery road. I had concierge medicine in Ct and loved it. When we moved to Fl, I was really worried about primary care because we have some serious health conditions that require us to see specialists, but that’s where it is important to have a strong pcp. You will probably have other issues that may or may not be related to a chronic condition. When dr Dr Nadler was recommended to us and after we did a meet and greet we were happy to have found her. It is extremely disappointing to listen to a medical professional spew opinions and not facts. An appointment with this “medical doctor” will leave you feeling as if you have a very limited capability of understanding yourself or any issues you may be challenged with. In a world that needs more compassion and understanding it is very clear that even those with a higher education along with a clear behavior pattern of a narcissist exist, even in positions that significantly affect the very fragile people you swore to do your best by.
