I accompanied my son on his appointment and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. From the time we entered the facility, checked in, and spoke with the doctor, most of the staff was nice. The nurse was a little pushy and not all that friendly but the caring way the doctor took her time with us made up for the nurse's treatment.
The facility is modern and very clean and I was very pleased!

If I could give them a 0 I would do just that. Before I went I called about an appointment I was told the next available medical appointment was in January 2022. She asked me what was wrong, I then explained to her that I went to Minor Med with the same symptoms they examined me for Covid came back negative so I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given antibiotics and an inhaler for my wheezing, and was to follow back up with my primary doctor which is THEM. So when I called Memphis Health Center I was told to come in by 4 today if not Saturday @7:50. I came today at 3:30 and was told someone

I went to the MHC last year for a free scheduled mammogram, they had my appointment so late in the evening I didn't get chance to have the mammo. So, a couple of weeks later I received a bill for services I didn't received. I had to go down there 2xs to straighten it out and it still didn't work. I emailed the Accounting dept and they removed the charges, but first had to confirmed no services rendered at the time of my visit. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILLS FROM MHC...

Due to Covid I would expect social distancing within the building. That was not the case here. As long as you wore a mask you were fine. There were a line outside the door and when you came in someone took your temperature and let you in, even if you were showing signs of the Covid. The waiting room didn't smell of any disinfectant and the only hand sanitizer was at the front door, not about different areas of the waiting room. The CDC should be notified.

Please do not waste your time here! I’ve been going here since I was a child and they’ve changed drastically. My first pregnancy the NP assigned to me was absolutely great. Unfortunately Tillery is not there anymore. Even the Whitehaven clinic is just as bad. I use to love this clinic so much. I met with a doctor and I won’t disclose her name (even though I should) And she was very dishonest with me. She lied as if we had never met but we did. That was our second time meeting actually. She discriminates against race/age/looks. She doesn’t show that she cares for her patients at all. You

The CEO is so rude to the patients. I have been receiving service from this organization for years. But every since they got the new CEO this year. Things have truly change. She does not speak the patients and just from watching in the waiting room she talks to her employees as if they are animals. It is so sad how this beautiful establishment is turning into a place they just don’t care!!
