Wanted to give them another try to see if they had gotten any better since my prior visits but they were worse. There were only about 3-4 cars ahead of me and my car didn't get to the "washing" part for 45 minutes. Incredibly sloooowwwww and the attendant didn't seem to give a hoot about what he was doing. Definitely my last time here and don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have 2 hours to wait for a mediocre car wash.

Outstanding job for a car wash, with no water spots! I hadn't washed my car in over a month and park outdoors and they did a great job cleaning my car, making sure it was spotless. Not sure why so many negative reviews as the staff were courteous and working really hard to ensure every customer had spotless vehicles. They took a lot of care for each vehicle even if you purchased the basic wash package like I did. I will definitely return.

I have been coming here for many years and more so now as we have a new blue Jeep Wrangler, which the color is very hard to keep clean. They do a great job and the customer service is awesome. Very polite and always willing to do what I ask them to clean on my vehicles. I would recommend them for sure. They spend extra time drying my vehicle as I mentioned the color blue is hard to keep up. I also had them hand wax our Jeep over the summer after we went 4x4 with the Jeep. It took about an hour and a half for a basic car wash to be completed. Seriously understaffed. Even a cashier was switching between cash register and vacuuming. Quality of car wash was unacceptable as well. This one is the nearest hand wash from where I live but I'd rather drive a few more miles for quicker and better wash.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I recently went here and I was charged extra for my small suv Rouge which is the same size as our Prius. I've never been charged extra anywhere else. They didn't vacuum my back seat or wipe it down either, I had her take my car back to be re-vacuumed and cleaned. They took FOREVER, over an hour and there were only 5 cars that day, and we didn't all arrive at once. Although I used a coupon it didn't make a difference with the over charge. Good car wash at a reasonable price. One of the last remaining hand washes which is nice. They always take care of my cars. As a fellow business owner in the area I am not surprised at some of the bad reviews since this area is full of people that can be unreasonable and will complain about anything. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

I love coming here to get my car washed. I usually come in the morning and I never have any issues. My car is left clean and the service is great. I think people need to keep in mind that due to COVID many businesses are low in staff and need to be more considerate to the employees working there and the owner. I've seen so many rude customers when I come here and it's sad how people feel so entitled and talk down to the workers and the manager working there.

Owner not present. Should have checked Yelp before being trapped. 2nd in line when I drove in at 12:08. It's 12:38 and car has not been pulled into the car wash. A joke. Back to Redondo Car Wash for me next time. Tried to discuss with manager, who is the one pulling the cars in. I'll yelp what time I get out. F*cked Up place.
Okay still here at 1:02. The manager just told me he read my review. Doesn't seem concerned. 1:04 I'm on the road.

I pulled in to get a wash when all of a sudden my tire went flat. The owner Ben and a couple of his workers took the tire off and the owner Ben took me in his car with tire in trunk and found a local tire shop. They fixed it and Ben brought me back to the car wash and put the tire back on my car himself. What a wonderful gesture by a gracious man. He's shot staffed and desperately looking for mor help so be a little patient if you don't get your wash done as quick as usual. He deserves your patronage.

This place is SLOW! They are understaffed but not because of cost ... $21 for a basic wash. Not even busy ... plan on 40 min for a wash ... they have 1 employee/manager writing up your ticket and then following you inside to collect the money. 1 guy vacuums and then follows your car later to hose it. Never again

I've taken my car here a few times because it's conveniently on my drive home from work. Today June 30, 2021, I asked the manager or owner Ben to please tell the staff to rinse my car before scrubbing and cleaning paint. He responded in a defensive rude manner that they always rinse the car. On prior visits I've seen the employees barely splash water on cars and start wiping and scrubbing vehicles paint, which damages the paint from dirt and iron is not being rinsed off before being wiped with a cleaning towel. Today I observed them rinse my car, and the staff only rinsed one side

I asked for a clay bar wax. I told them I did not care about the inside, and wanted the $189.99 detail. She wrote illegible on the slip with $189.99. When I went to pick up the truck, hard water spots were all along the driver side. They removed the Weathertech floor liners to "shampoo" the carpet. For all this I did not even get an interior detail as there was still dust and dirt on the door panels and the seats. I spoke to the manager who did not care at all. Could not even say sorry. I am shocked at the owner of this place. I'm new to the area found it online, pulled up and after a five minute conversation was refused service! I first asked if the pricing was incorrect on the website (images attached) which he turned into a convo about increased minimum wage and him owning this business for 60 years?! Confused by his defensiveness I decided to kindly ignore it and clarified I just wanted to know which price is correct. He confirmed the prices online were not correct and I said okay no problem. I usually don't write reviews but this place is the best. My dad hasn't washed his truck in 15 years. This is his work truck and it has been through the ringer. They did an amazing job with his truck and made it look new again. I didn't even know this truck actually was more silver and not grey and the seats weren't one color!! Ben the owner is amazing and accommodating. His team works extremely hard. This is the BEST car was around!! Below are the before and after!!! Don't believe me take a look for your self!!!

Always do a great job and it takes up to 30 minutes depending on your service choice. I usually get the Super Deluxe wash which is approximately $25 and some change. They detail your car inside and out and add Amour All to your tires which is a plus for me. You may choose a wide variety of air fresheners that is also included with the wash selection I get. Most of the times the car nearly looks brand new after they have completed their services.

Fabulous experience for my 1st time there. I was welcomed by a nice woman who didn't try to sell me anything which I appreciated because I just wanted a basic wash.
My car hasn't been vacuumed in over a year and they did an amazing job.
I stopped at a busy time but surprisingly didn't had to wait long.
I think it was the best car wash experience ever! Thank you!

Poor workmanship.....Not sure if it was a bad day or what....but I brought my brand new vehicle to this carwash.....First carwash for a brand new car 4 weeks out the dealership. I paid $25 for the wash....first thing I noted....I had to tell the "drying" employee that I paid for Armor All on my tires...then there were dirt smudges and water spots left on my car.....plus there was water droplets left on the grill and lower portion of my car......I had to ask a manager for a towel so that I could go behind the carwash employee to do what she had not done. This was the first time trying out a new car wash from our regular car wash in 18th & Gaffey. However, this will be the last time coming here because the owner was absolutely rude towards my mother and I. When we first arrive he told the women trying to help us to leave very rude & then began trying to up-sell us for a more "Deluxe" car wash. When we told the owner that we did not want and upgrade on our wash just a regular wash he was upset. He kept stating, "Well, you can't go to a simple restaurant and expect to get a good meal." I was not happy with the wash, it came out with waterspots all over the hood and top of the car after waiting an hour. I should've checked out the car before leaving but I was in a rush. Won't be coming back for the bad service. I did call and told the cashier guy, he did offer me for me to take it back but I wasn't going to take it back and wait another hour to get it done correctly.

Person writing down order or details was very rude. He said out loud in front of other clients," it looks like you never washed your car before! When was the last time you wash it? " He seemed so angry. Of course it was dirty. I just came back from a long road trip. He was very demeaning and I felt very embarrassed. Also when he drove my car around the corner, he hit a curb with the tire. His demeanor from the whole experience was horrible. And the car was not even vacuumed thoroughly clean. Only the lady drying the car was kind and thorough.

This place is a mess. If you want to wait an hour and half to get a basic wash then come here. If you want to wait 30 min just to get the car vacuumed, come here. The owner is frantically running around, bringing cars back into the wash IN REVERSE to wash the water spots off (because the car has probably sat in the sun for so long, waiting for the attendant to dry it). Which is causing all the major backup. Meanwhile the cashier counter is unattended and a huge line forming because the owner is also the cashier. Went to the bathroom because I obviously have time, and there’s no TP or paper towels
